    Thank you for your amazing videos. It's been an incredible learning experience to go through your uploads this past week. You strike a perfect balance between being accessible to beginners and having something new for already experienced users to learn!

    Thank you very much for your video, always can learn from you! I got a question, since we have the LSOA boundary shapefile, can we convert it to Topojson file and add it onto Power BI? I tested, but do not know why there are many grey areas that do not show value even checked the LSOA names/codes are consistent with the csv file. Aprreciated if you could advise. Thanks!

    Hello, this video is really helpful. I was wondering if its possible to show on the same mapbox visual, both selected LADs and Regions for example, where regions are one colour and LADs are another? Is that possible? Can it be done with the 'levels' feature? I've tried and can't get a result.

    Fantastic!! I really liked this visual
    For me it seems like a shape map but with more resources. Another point is that shape map + tooltip is the perfect combination for more insights...Do you know if custon Tooltip (created in another page) works? thanks!!

      Hi Daniel, Unfortunately, custom tooltips do not work (yet) with the Mapbox visual. I get round this by creating a small table by the side of the map that will show details of the selected point on the map. - Mark

    Thanks for the tutorial! I have done similar but at MSOA level. Do you know if you can use a slicer in Power Bi that interacts with the map? For example if I was to select a MSOA the map would pan to that area only? At the moment I cannot seem to do it. Thanks in advance. David

    Great video. Have managed to follow this to do a map using Northern Ireland wards. Do you know if its possible to format the legend? I can't seem to move it and the decile within the legend are in a strange order. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.

      Hi Mark, it is not possible to format the legend. Hopefully MapBox will improve this in a future release.

    i have followed your guidance on how to build the map. i have managed to update the colour, however it seems that i need to zoom to see the colour. Is there a way to rectify it? and at which stage of the process

      Hi Zohra, Yes, agreed. The Mapbox visual only shows the layer once it gets to a certain zoom level. The default setting on this seem to be fine - where each shape is large enough to show with some detail on the map - but these settings can be changed.

      Hello!! Only to complete this discussion..i have done a test with another shapefile..and i had the same result, like i need to zoom to see the colour.

    Hello my friend. Thank you for your amazing video! I am creating another dashboard with my own data, but I am having problems with the zoom level allowed after the creation of Tileset. I can only view the color map with a very close zoom level. Any ideas on how to solve this?

    Can you add another layer of data on top of deprivation?

    • @LondonBusinessAnalyticsGroup
      @LondonBusinessAnalyticsGroup  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Zohra, I'm not sure what you mean by this. Deprivation in geographical area (LSOA on this map) is encoded by colour. Can you provide an example of what you wan, which layer, which visual encoding? - Mark

      @@LondonBusinessAnalyticsGroup sorry what i meant for instance i want to show another data on top of the deprivation map. For instance i have a project where i need to show not only deprivation but also planned vaccines delivery
