Instead, Lucas had 5 minutes of conversion therapy which he's now totally over, reducing the impact of the story to nothing and now that he and Dillon are free to be together, they're a total damp squib. I really did think that carter and John Paul would end up together because the cemetery was spot on and they made it look so convincing
