yo i have a question. i have never beaten normal terraria, neither have i even reached hardmode in revengance, yet i started a world in infernum. do i have a chance of beating it?
Funny thing about the sevens striker: once upon a time you could bug out the jackpot with either Fargo’s (or some other mod’s) time stop by stopping time close to when jackpot activates. This would cause jackpot to trigger again and again until time resumed. You could milk several millions of damage from one use and it was hilarious.
Seeing you once again play through Calamity gave me the push to finally do it... and played it in Expert mode, no Revengence/Death/Infernum mode. But nonetheless, just a few moments ago, I finished the game and beat Boss Rush. I have to agree, the mod is insane to play (fun to watch, but insaaaane to play) and it greatly enhanced my experience of an already beloved game. Maybe next year will be my time for Revengence? Death Mode? Maybe even Infernum eventually? Who knows;) But all of that to say, thank you for bringing back the Yearly Terraria Playthrough! It's always a pleasure to watch (and rewatch)
For future Calamity Ranged Playthroughs, you can craft an endless platinum coin pouch which works just like the endless musket pouch for anything that uses coins as an ammo type. That way The Sevens Striker isn't so annoying to use.
@@Woolie Well since that's the case the least I can do is recommend a really good weapon called the Clockwork Bow that can be made relatively early into Post-Moonlord and can be used to the end of the game if you really wanted to. It's very brainless to use and has very powerful burst DPS.
No way, i was not expecting a woolie infernum video. I played this mod last year and it was genuinely one of the most difficult game playthroughs i've ever done and i've played a ton of difficult games. I still never beat scal actually lol. And the yharon fight legit took about a week of fighting him to finally beat (He was basically off screen the whole fight because i still had a 1600x900 monitor at the time)

also, bro plays a difficulty known for being extremely hard at the end, needing extreme precision and consistency to beat the end stage bosses, then complains when you have to do that. it is literally the whole point of infernum, to increase the bosses in that way.
Its pretty unfortunate that this video is only 3 months old but several of the boss fights are already out of date. The battle with the twins for example is completely different in the current version of calamity infernum vs this version from a few months ago. I was hoping to get some tips on some of these bosses but i guess that won't be happening today

But I'm pretty sure Infernum isn't being properly updated anymore because of bad blood with the Calamity dev. It's amazing how much work they've put into it, but it has become buggy because they haven't updated it outside of just making sure it's on the mod list. They could have changed their mind, especially with Calamity dropping their massive content updates lately. But I feel like this will be some of the last times I'm going to see Infernum done lol.

No, there are many other QoL mods and content mods. Content mods: Stars above, thorium, secret of shadows and 100s of more Quality of life: Alchemist npc, spaffs qol mof, vanilla+ qol( this one is a combination of many mods including wing slot and you can configure all of them), requiems QoL mod( adds recipes for grindy items), and much much more
i think the problem through the EoC fight was that you were using the barinade. The frickin barinade.😭😭😭 no hate to the weapon i just think it out lives its usefulness very quickly
