You'll love it, my favorite rolloff is a '95 T800 with full mechanical 3406C 425 and fresh RTLO 13 speed, it drives so nice, turns on a dime and gives change back too. T800s make a great rolloff. Just daylite door swapped it over the winter, the cab is so tight and solid too after 27 years of walking beam abuse too.
Nice Peter. Like the blue color on it but agree the radius on your T800 is better. Also, it's cool that you can drive a 13 speed although your truck and your dad's truck are 10 speeds. It looks like when you upshifted with the Pete you used the splitter to get it up in higher range. Would like for you to explain that and the pattern on a 13 speed or 18 speed.
13/18 speeds are just 1 gear splitted into 2, pretty easy to upshift and downshift just have to let go of the pedal and press it. Does the rest by itself

Takes 5 mins to crank in the cold, smelly, lot of smoke, guzzles fuel… but it does it’s job! Great sounding engine. An old moffett truck the owner bought from a building materials company. Old crappy moffett on the back. Thing probably still sitting in the same spot unless they finally took it out to load material onto it from a wrecked truck. (Basically what owner got it for)
We have a 9670 cabover with straight pipe and a 400 big cam with no jakes sadly, but we are getting our Peterbilt 352 this week with a 350 big cam so hoping it has them

It’s in the top 10 best Diesel engines of all time and it deserves a spot in there with the 3406 cat and the 60 series Detroit
