“again”.
The Biden administration has held its first cabinet meeting in 11 months.
“Forget about the election, it appears that America already has its first female president,” Mr Morrow said.

As a retired mid LEVEL manager I can’t imagine any organization expecting to function without an executive level meeting for nearly a year. Utterly abysmal.

When you see Joe Biden in charge, it's pretty clear that the whole White House is run by committee...I just assumed as much when Biden somehow won in 2020. He clearly was running out of juice even when he was campaigning in the 2019 primaries, back then the media wasn't afraid to talk about Joe's age. But as soon as he was crowned with the nomination, somehow his age/cognition stopped being a factor in the presidential race. That's when I realized the media largely sets up who's "suppose" to win, and voters are secondary to that decision, at best.
