you can go to limbus dot kusoge and look for wrath/glut skills that can naturally roll 17 or higher. the list there is all the ones i could find. ive personally seen both fausts, all the ishmaels listed there, and tingtang and liu hong lu able to do the check with 'high' or 'very high' odds (though ive had hong lu beef his rolls more times than i can count.......)
