Thunder Bay is blissfully unaware of the observing eye roaming its streets. And its okay because, from what I've seen here so far, we do not deserve our reputation for violence and rowdy behaviour. Here we have evidence piled upon evidence that normal life here is conducted in a laid back state of mind, in mindfulness of the law, and in total respect for each other. Yeah... Our roaming eye is proving that we live in a good town.
