Watching this made me realise that Charli is actually just a teenager who can be very shy and insecure. When she said she's not sure whether she'll still compete because if she wins people might think it's rigged but if she doesn't do well people might make fun of her. That hurt me. It made me realise that she's just a regular teenager still stressing about what people think of her

My hair is thick , and there is just a whole lot of it even when it's short . Hairdressers always spend like half the time touching my hair and getting all the other hairdressers to feel my hair . I feel like a celebrity when I go to the Salon cause I get so much love from the hairdressers .

We play with your hair during the consultation because we want to feel how it falls and sits, check whether it is virgin hair or has previous colour in it, how porous/damaged it is from previous chemical treatments, etc. We make this assessment all the while discussing what you want so we can go about the best way to achieving what you want without compromising the integrity of your hair.
So if your hairdresser plays with your hair during the consultation, just know your are in good hands! :)

yknow, i’ve never been a huge charli fan ever lol. but after watching this i kinda gotta remind myself she’s still a teenager, and with that being said all teenagers make bad decisions at one point in their life. and being she does speak up about body positivity on her socials (knowing she’s got a crap ton of followers) really makes my respect go up for her. no she doesn’t make the most creative content but she’s happy and spreading awareness at the same time so i’ll give her that!
