You can do it on s1 with no problem with two tricks: 1- change your runes effects to reach like 70% fire and earth resistances. 2- one turn end in melee with Kali, next turn stay away. The reason is that once you end in melee you get reciev half dmg less from her, but if you stay twice in a row it becomes you take double dmg, third time it becomes triple. But if you end in distance second turn, the stat goes away so next turn you can go back in melee to take advantage of less dmg. This is why she does crazy dmg xD
