When I watched Jesse play this solo he kept mentioning that he needed Jirard to do a Jirard's Empty Drawers bit for this game. Finally, the drawer closure we needed.
As long as there's nothing in them they'll give us all the closure we need.

These nerds got so scared by a picture of a goblin and a thicc sheet ghost they missed every actual, scripted scare in a room
The visual of Davis sitting in a dark room while those three sitting around him cackling is sending me right now
Davis getting triple scared in the span of less than a minute in the room is up there as a SGS highlight for me now, oh man. And it all started with a box head booty "ghost" xD

i've been watching sgs since pt and i just wanted to say, throughout the years, you've remained my favorite let's play creators. thank you for still keeping it going after all this time. it's always a treat to see you've started a new series.

Always great to see another SGS series, especially if Davis is the one in control. Haven't heard a lot of info about this game, though from the start I can already see the inspirations it took from P.T. I hope this series turns out great.

YEEEES!! I'M SO HAPPY Y'ALL DID THIS PLAYTHROUGH. I finally finished my playthrough a few weeks ago. Some nights I didn't even get sleep for work. The game makes you feel so uneasy and there's nothing even going on at times. Ugh. I'm gonna enjoy this so much. But I'll probably wait until all the episodes are out so I cam binge it 😈

It really bothers me I can't remember them playing a demo for this at all like they're talking about. I guess maybe it's because all demos for these kinds of horror games all blend together. You just kinda wander around until one big jump scare happens and it's over.

Also, serial killing and mass killing are different. According to the FBI (last time I checked anyway), serial killers are those who have killed more than two people at separate times. So, based on the limited information I have, if Madison killed her family all at once, it would be a mass murder, not a serial one. A mass murder is the homicide of several persons within a short time period. Now if Madison killed all her family at once and then left and killed some other people after, all within a short amount of time, that’d be more spree killing. And, if she killed her family and then killed some other people a day later/some unspecified time later, she’s then considered a serial killer.

I think if she killed her family all at once she is maybe not necessarily a mass murderer but a family annihilator as its called sometimes? But idk if thats a specification for a type of mass murder? And I think even still as a serial killer there has to be some longevity/pattern/etc beyond killing two or more people? That seems imo just like a lax definition if its the one the FBI has they should work on that!! But I think for the most part, specifications aside, you are right!

I am at 18:24 and my theory given the stuff so far, especially the spooky old man picture, is that this is a Charles Dexter Ward situation and witchy ancestor is trying to take possession of his descendent (player character)
