There's actually pretty straightforward summary for hunters: except Alicia (A2 for F2P), other units are basically A1 for F2P, A3 if you can, A5 for dolphins/whales, A10 for whales. We can actually see how netmarble balances their advancement. Not a bad thing I guess, we can anticipate it's probably the same for the new few hunters also.
