That’s how it goes in real life. Moving by your Uranus and Pluto signs and your numbers and days of the week. It’s a real thing. Great observation!! Didn’t even think of it that way.

Most likely an unpopular opinion: Tiana’s mom was a main contributing factor. She should’ve been more attentive to her daughter’s self-esteem. Comparing two girls breeds resentment. I wish Tiana had someone she could bring these feelings to because it happens sometimes when you see someone else’s grass be so green and you don’t seem like you can compare. With maturity you get to understand that everyone’s journey doesn’t look the same and you are great in your own right. That’s what someone needed to breathe into her. Anyway I’m glad both girls are doing good but understand why they can’t be friends. The resentment went too far. Great story though.

THIS! Courtney could have also been there to encourage her some too. I feel like we heard a lot of Tiana did this and that for Courtney and it was like she had no one to encourage her. You can't just keep giving and getting nothing. It doesn't make what she did right, but her mom is definitely one of the main reasons she did this. They had their own paths and Tiana could have been so successful in her highschool and college years if her mom and Courtney had been there for her just as much as everyone was for Courtney.

I completely agree... speaking from early adult life experiences being on the "Courtney" side of things, I remember when my mother told me when I was a young adult that she was having a conversation with one of her peers and her peers went in on how she would talk to her daughter about what I will be doing and how they should look to do things that are of the realm of how I move or what I'm doing because her peer thought she was paying compliments. My mother said she quickly put a stop to that conversation by telling her peer not to continue making such comments or comparisons towards their daughters because it could breed resentment between their daughters towards me and it wouldn't be fair for any of us.

@piergrace0127 Yeah I think Tiana's mother held her accountable. But indeed... I've also been in Courtney's position throughout my life... from childhood to adulthood. I learned to move in silence accordingly and ignore the distractions and not allow the insecurities, jealousy, or envy of others be my problem by slowing down or discontinuing to do and be as I am.

That's exactly what I thought. She blocked her own blessings. People do a lot of things out of jealousy and then wonder why they don't prosper. Most of my family ad co workers are like that. I just let karma, my spirit guides, and ancestors handle them.

I also think her mom was unintentionally cursing her by making her feel like she’s not enough all the time. That’s a heavy belief that curses you for failure. She couldn’t figure out how to change those beleifs so she thought that comparing herself and bringing somebody else down was going to improve her life. But instead she was distracted from improving her own life.

And wanted to bring her down, before reaching up to her level. Ppl dont want to put the effort in to be better, complain about those who do, then assume they have the right to knock them down a peg. Courtney is good at manifestating her desires, she also worked for everything she had so the idea that she needed to be humbled is insane. If Tiana wanted things to change in her life she could have done prosperity and blessings over her own life instead of taking it out on her friend. I understand the psychology behind why she did what she did but that still doesn't make it right. She had resentment toward her friend which was misguided anger. The comparison came from the people around her, mostly her mother not Courtney so It was completely irrational to target her friend.

Tiana's mother planted a terrible seed and was not careful with her pruning. Why cheer on another child more than your own unless you want your daughter to have what they have. Is that not envy root and stem?
Instead of highlighting the attributes she wanted from her child her comparisons meerily highlighted the inquities in her own daughter. A childs mind is a fertile one and its upon the parents to weed out the rough patches before they grow into adult hood. Tianas mother should have minded her own garden before praising anothers. She gave her daughters strength away to another. And by the time Tiana was an adult it was too late.
Be mindful what you say to your children. They reap what you sow.

This was so good! It also, brought to mind things that my ex best friend would say and do to me. It sounds eerily familiar. What’s funny is the reason we are not friends anymore was because “ I stopped telling her my personal business” she actually said those exact words to me and she stopped speaking to me because of it! We went from talking everyday multiple times a day to radio silence and when I look back it was her mission to always one up me. Weird things were happening to me… it was an unexplainable spiritual attack but I didn’t know enough to figure out who, what, why and how. And now that I think about it her sister was a conjure woman. I must say that my life has been so much better without her in it. I think these 2 videos were meant for me to see… this is my answer! 🤦🏽‍♀️

Honestly I feel like they both are a bit to blame. Tiana's mom was a serious issue though. Sounds like Tiana's mom wanted Courtney as a daughter. So she was trying to pave the way for those girls to destiny swap

Yasss come on shirt!! Two snaps for the Renaissance!!! Y’all remember in The last video how that lady talked badly about her son’s girlfriend. It’s the same thing here, especially when it’s coming from your own parent, and they’re directing things at you and comparing you to someone else. In my psychology classes, we discuss personality traits and things like that. Parents often need to be careful of what they say and do because that is a form of manifesting.

I have been looking for a place of my own for a bit over a year now. When i started out, I was telling my mother my plans. I love my mother, and she’s not the hoodoo/root working type to my knowledge, but i noticed she was a bit down every time i mentioned leaving her home. She wanted a different path for my life and in her home i felt stuck often. I don’t think she hexed me intentionally, but she always seemed to be sad when i mentioned getting my own place. When i chose to stop telling her where i was looking I finally found a place and was approved instantly, it felt like. I truly believe I will begin to flourish in my new home & I’m very excited to move.

I can see how childish Tiana was to go the route she went because she could have done a hush spell on the community always comparing them OR make them notice her own separate achievements. Attacking your FRIEND is never ever ever the answer. Silly girl.

Well... unfortunately, that's likely to happen among mothers/parents and their children and the comparisons or the "Why can't you do what X is doing?" Or "Well, maybe you should do what X is doing" "Look at what X is doing... that would be better." So that can tend to breed contempt, jealousy, or envy.
