It's true though, it feels a lot better to cheer someone than to cheer someone to lose, even when the odds are against them. I'm pretty excited about the RP ASMR though. I find horror ASMRs pretty good and just as comfy as the personal attention ones, maybe a bit more, which probably says a lot about me. Haven't been able to catch a stream live min a while since I've been swamped with work, but I finally caught up and was able to watch this one! Dome Keeper looks like a fun game, and I'm really looking forward to the nun ASMR. (I am curious what a seriously spooky Fauna ASMR would be like, that sounds awesome!)
Here is how I would go about identifying the offending component(s): Scenario 1: KU100 in normal configuration with external power supply, turn off Phantom Power on both channels of the Interface, and ensure the interface drivers are up-to-date to confirm the issue still exists. Note which channel (left or right) has the issue. Scenario 2: Swap Left XLR cable and Right XLR cable. If the issue changes sides, it is one of the cables causing the issue. If not, continue. Scenario 3: Swap only one end of the XLR cables. In other words, connect the left output of the KU100 to the right input of the interface, and the right output of the KU100 to the left input of the interface. If the issue changes sides, move on to Scenario 4. If the issue does NOT change sides, the KU100 is almost certainly not the issue, so rejoice and move instead to Scenario 6.
Scenario 4: Remove the external power supply from the KU100 as well as the batteries. Confirm phantom power is turned on for both channels on the Interface. Keep the cables swapped for now. Is the problem fixed? If so, the external power supply may be the issue. As the problem is fixed for now, rejoice, and let us know. We can further isolate the issue without time pressure at a later date. If this does NOT fix the problem, move to Scenario 5. Scenario 5: Try installing batteries into the KU100 and turning off the Phantom Power. If this fixes the problem, there may be an issue with the power switching within the KU100. Regardless, it works temporarily for now, and you can further diagnose it later. If it does NOT fix the problem, it's time to send the KU100 in for repairs.
Scenario 6: Ensure that the Interface is plugged directly into the chassis of your PC, and not through a USB hub/splitter, preferably into a USB 3.0 port. Rearrange your other USB devices if necessary, but your interface should always plug directly into your PC. If it's already plugged directly into your PC, change it to a different port elsewhere on your PC (if it's in the back, plug it in on the front, etc.) If this fixes your problem, swap your XLR cables back to normal and rejoice. If this does NOT fix your problem, move on to Scenario 7. Scenario 7: Use a different USB cable. If that does not fix the problem or is not a possibility, move to Scenario 8. Scenario 8: Change to a different Interface. If this fixes the issue, it's the other interface. If this does NOT fix the issue or is not an option, we will assume it is the PC and move to Scenario 9. Scenario 9: Upgrade PC-kun. Or reinstall all drivers, OBS, streamlabs, run windows update, all that annoying nonsense. Amelia could probably coach you into identifying a software issue if you don't feel up to doing it on your own. If none of that fixes the issue, and the 3DIO doesn't work either... then we've tried swapping the mic, cables, interface, and PC, so that means... it's aliens.
I still believe Thank you for the comfy stream Fauna, the satisfying sound design in dome keeper reminds me a bit of townscaper. Hope you get some good rest, really excited for future ASMR, scuffed or not

I've listened to the Priestess ASMR multiple times at this point... I really love it. Here you mentioned that you held back a little and didn't go full horror/scary and now I'm really curious about what you had in mind... hopefully we can see those ideas come to light in the future! You normally put [3DIO/KU100] in the title, so skip out on that and do your best to ignore any questions asking which mic you're using I hope you do your full-on horror ASMR script too. Have waiver in addition to the disclaimer like those super scary haunted house IRL Only the most dedicated saplings can survive
