I think the issue is that she can't stand her own stupidity and why she would listen to baseless rumour and why she would go all in just on someone's suggestion... I mean who does that? Who can't spot that someone is deliberately sabotaging a connection through jealousy? I think there was a part of her that wanted to vent because she was hurting from being betrayed from her past lover. It was a perfect storm and she let a toxic one manipulate her. I told her this was happening. Called it all. The manipulator starts off championing me but then slowly starts to sew the seed of doubt over time. I know his technique. I've known him for 20+ years. Starts with a sob story. They slowly manipulates those around him poisoning them. One thing I've noticed though is that he always gets the same result... loneliness. Always ends up alone because everyone around them eventually realises that he's the issue. Theres only me that sticks around. I think its pity. Cause this is one sad desperate human being.
