I always love your Q. And A. Videos. As a retired preschool teacher and Grammie to seven little ones, I also collect children's books. I do remember those wonderful thanksgiving videos, and they were fun, but when children come along some changes are bound to happen. Family is what it is all about.
I just read an article about a study that showed that people who start decorating early for the holidays are less stressed. It makes sense. If you wait to prepare for Christmas until after thanksgiving you only have a few weeks. As we prepare for thanksgiving it’s my signal to really get my ducks in a row.

I feel you on the minivan! I just love mine so much! It was so nice when I had my ruptured disc and my kids could climb in themselves. I love that I can also help out friends if they need their kids brought to school 😊 plenty of car seat spots! I have an Odyssey

Betty Barrolle Not when you lease on a 36/48 month basis... unless they are running a promo, I remember Mercedes did that one year. In Canada things are a bit different I see from the US, we travel between our homes here and in Florida and leasing cars seems to be the same cross border! :)
@@lucyluvz12 Definitely, also after a 3 or 4 year lease is when I find cars start needing extra attention (meaning $$$) by that time, the car is going back to the dealer so you never have to worry about hefty price tag car repair needs since you had the car during it's brand new stage and the manufacturer warranty covers those 3 or 4 first years bumper to bumper should anything ever happen....usually nothing does if the car was brand new to start with, no big engine or electrical issues to speak of. You just have to give the car back in decent/good condition!
I have an Escalade too- though my husband hates how big it is and the fact we've had problems with all the locks and side board. Looking now for something else. Your car matches your new EC planner bag purse!
I agree with you on the animal part of that pumpkin farm. Way worse than a zoo. We go to Kuiper's - they don't have giraffes, etc. They have the big slide, jumping pillows, corn kernels, etc. We like Richardson's farm, too, for their corn maze and similar fun. :)
Having just watched your stocking filler gift guide it made me think of the number of things I have bought over the years on your recommendation despite living in the UK, these have included a pair of s’more design pink brushed cotton pj’s, those travel blankets which stuffed into a pillow shaped like a teddy (Agent Pufferton?) which my kids had for years until they became too big and have now been passed on to my little nieces, infinite number of flannel shirts, gap gillet with fake fur hood, various Erin concern sticker companies, Williams sonoma hot chocolate and a hot chocolate maker - there are more but I can’t think of them at the moment but I do know that I have never bought anything I was disappointed with. So thank you you for all your hard work and your excellent videos.
I love Ali things as well. I decided to split the content. I journal using her prompts, I have the craft you story and the just write subscriptions . And then when I have a moment, I sit down with the physical product and play. I just to overwhelmed when I think I have to do both. Try it, it will make you feel better about all the content you buy from her.

This will be our first plant-based and vegetarian Thanksgiving. This will be very different for me because I am a serious meat eater but, I want to try to incorporate more plant-based meals, tofurkey, dressings without meat or animal stock, others, and desserts.
I follow lots of homesteaders. If animals are contained it's for their safety. The ones that free range are subject to predators like Lumnah Acres crazy white chicken who was popular but some predator got a hold of her. She went missing and the only thing left behind were the white feathers. My largest collections are books and papers. Lately I prefer books for pleasure reading in ebook format (I get many free ones as I'm on the email list of some book clubs like BookRebel and authors who offer freebies everyday) and books for reference printed (it's easier to get the the specific page I want). I play video games but primarily stick to three franchises on my console systems and I tend to do hidden object type games with a story line on my tablet. I do collect other things like but I only have 6 or less in the rest of my collections. Back pain is bad. I had chronic back pain most of my life and at my maximum bust size it was oftentimes debilitating. A breast reduction made it mostly go away but it's starting to come back since I gain a cup size no matter what I do. For now it only affects me when I'm leaning forward or backward. I haven't seen any ghosts myself but possible activity I have. We had a pinwheel decoration that played music at my father's grave. After awhile of being exposed to the elements (it rains a lot here) and it would only play the music if we physically shook it. One day it started playing while we were still in the car and it played long after we left. Another time a basket of papers fell off the counter next to Mom's dining room and none fells out of it. My sister said she saw Dad's floating hand once. I wish my son Thomas would haunt me but it doesn't happen. Well not the way I want him to. I'm haunted by happier memories like when I bonded with him but I only had a month and two weeks to do so which means I get the the sad part quickly. Some children and animals get freaked out by something we adults can't see. I want a paranormal romance. It's seems stronger than ours.
I was going to take my daughter to Gobberts but each time it didn't work out. And I think that it was meant to be because I feel very strongly that wild shouldn't be in cages. I refuse to take her to the zoo or have her ride on pony rides. If we would have ended up going I would not have paid to see the animals.
