    - 1/2 cup curd (yogurt)
    - 1 teaspoon chili powder
    - Salt, to taste
    - 1 teaspoon garam masala
    - 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
    - 1/2 teaspoon jeera (cumin) powder
    - 2 tablespoons oil
    #### Instructions:
    1. *Prepare the Marinade:*
    - In a bowl, mix together the curd, chili powder, salt, garam masala, pepper powder, jeera powder, and 2 tablespoons of oil until well combined.
    2. *Slice the Eggplant:*
    - Wash the eggplant and slice it horizontally into thin slices.
    3. *Marinate the Eggplant:*
    - Apply the marinade generously to each slice of eggplant. Ensure both sides are well coated.
    - Set the marinated slices aside for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
    4. *Prepare the Banana Leaves:*
    - Cut the banana leaves into large enough pieces to wrap around the eggplant slices. Make sure they can be folded and sealed.
