Keep in mind the giants have a ton of damage resistance, I’m pretty sure I saw a few 108 damage indicators in there when they were shooting smaller enemies with no defense
there were 102 and 68 damage indicators when fighting fallen king, so the damage is probably around that range, unless the towers weren't even maxed or were buffed by merc base/dj
while 1.4k dps or whatever it was is crazy its also probably gonna be hard to use other towers while using the gatling gun or vis versa like microing and etc

What we know about the gatling gun tower: -Can be buffed -Does a CRAZY amount of dps (op) -Probably pierces (op) -Has a large placement bubble (innovative) -Can be placed on ground and cliff (very innovative) -Probably 1 placement limit (judging by each player per "game" only being seen having 1 gatling gun, it would make sense anyway since ofc you cant control multiple) -Has a "charge-up" or "overcharge" meter mechanic, as seen briefly in the wrecked battlefield 2 footage (innovative) -Has special keybinds and UI shown in the bottom right corner (very innovative)
Maybe it has 2 different paths, the path could change depending on where you place it. If it's on a cliff then it can shoot flying enemies and if it's on the ground only ground enemies
This is my BEST GUESS of what the levels are 0:12 - lvl 0 (on cliff) and lvl 1 with the tiny shield, i presume it gets stun immunity bc of the shield? its prob for decoration n stuff 0:13 - lvl 3 maybe?? I think lvl 2 might not be in the trailer or maybe it doesn't get a model change. 0:17 - lvl 4 is the white gatling gun (lvl 3 is blue) and lvl 5 is obviously the one with the massive rotating barrel. Also i think it'll have flying detection and (maybe) hidden detection at base level. lvl 4 seems to have bigger ammo magazines so maybe it gets lead detection with higher caliber bullets.
i feel like its gonna be a gem tower since its a unique concept, like brawler can move around the map , accel has overcharge and engi can spawn units . this tower can be controlled which is different than any other tower so thats why i think its gonna be a gem tower.

So I think since gatling gunner will have stun immunity & minigunners don’t, gatling gunner will deal 4,500 DPS at most, and 3,000 DPS at the bare minimum. 2. So what would be the most OP map for gatling gunner- *stares at cyber city’s lowest cliff spots* Yeah… I think I already know the answer. 3. Also, who else is praying that the devs aren’t scummy & make this cost gems when hardcore hasn’t been touched in YEARS.
So i think it jt will basically be like stella from th.she had a biggest potential in the game and the players hated it cuz too much skill,overnerf it and then becomes even more skill+no reward

maybe there's like a headshot mechanic where you do like twice the damage if you hit an enemy's head.

This tower, with max buffs, deals over 80k damage before reloading once, that’s over half of fallen king’s total hp in solo fallen mode
