This is the very first time I actually saw this festival (not knowing what country lol) and WOW! Im'ma go there. Can you please reply where this is held? From music to the moves is just SOSO! I heard the one who recorded the video said "Smile" which is I predicted that this is an english speaking nation that adds up my interests! Please reply, Love Lots!:)

This festival is held every 3rd Sunday of January here in Cebu, Philippines. To answer your question 'bout the language it is Cebuano/Bisaya one of the diverse language we speak in our country and yes we speak fluent english too🙂

Hello, there is only 1 Sinulog and that's in Cebu every 3rd Sunday of January, if you mean festivals then yes😊

Sadsad lang talaga ang meron sa Kalibo Ati-atihan at yun na talaga ang traditional na pagsayaw, wala yung formality. Pero mas maganda na magkaroon sila ng category sa contest kagaya nito na may formality.
Syanga pala nagkaroon dati na may formality ang sayaw ng mga schools sa Kalibo atiatihan, pero parang tinanggal din yata, not sure kung bakit. Dapat nagkaroon nalang sila ng separate category sa traditional and another one for formality.
Why the reason sinanduloy not comeback again because yhe mayor and governor tan is napilde sila sa election.. if mudaug sila next election is mabalik ang sinanduloy cultural troupe
