FR/ Le film raconte l'histoire de Djibril, un garçon qui cherche désespérément à retrouver la forêt magique dont son grand-père n'avait pas cessé de lui parler au fil des ans. Comme dans un rêve fiévreux, Djibril part à la recherche de la forêt qui, bien sûr, a disparu depuis longtemps. Tout comme la pluie, l'eau potable et les arbres qui fournissaient autrefois à sa communauté nourriture, médicaments et abri.
ENG/ The film tells the story of Djibril, a boy who is desperate to find the magical forest that his grandfather has been telling him about over the years. As in a fever dream, Djibril sets off to find the forest, which is, of course, long gone. So is the rain, clean drinking water and the trees that once provided his community with food, medicine and shelter.
