Hi Claude, NIce video! I had a VHS version of this film about 20 years ago but it long since died - thank you for posting it here! Messenger of Peace is now restored and on exhibit near Seattle at Snoqualmie inside the Northwest Railway Museum. Would it be possible to use an excerpt from your video in the car's exhibit? Thank you for your consideration.

My wife and I owned and worked for Mountain Automation Corp which owned the copyright to Railway to Heaven. Mountain Automation Corp was dissolved in December 2017. If I have any rights to Railway to Heaven, you are welcome to use excerpts from Railway to Heaven in your display. Also, Railway to Heaven contains some images and some motion pictures and almost all the music that were licensed from 3rd parties. We will not take responsibility for any 3rd party rights. Any risk for using these materials is yours. We no longer have records related to 3rd party rights. I am not a lawyer so can not give you any legal advice. Sorry I can’t give you a more definitive answer. Claude Wiatrowski
Congratulations on restoring Messenger of Peace. I'm so glad another Chapel Car has been restored.

The Saint Paul chapel rail car is located in Escanaba, Michigan

Correct. The museum in Montana that owned the St Paul chapel car traded it to the Escanaba and Lake Superior RR for a narrow gauge steam railroad, installed and running. Included were a steam locomotive, rider cars and 30" gauge track connecting the museum at Nevada City with Virginia City, Montana---or at least that is what the press reported.
