It's crazy that i am here watching the 3rd January big trip on Theme Park Worldwide, it doesnt feel long since we were watching the trip to Las Vegas and Calafornia back in 2022 and 2023's trip to Singapore, Austrlia and Malysia and now Dhabi crazy. Its crazy to think that a had my first visit to Alton Towers back in Sepetember 2022 and ive now been to the park another 3 times, and also visited Thorpe Park and Fantasy Island once, and Drayton Manor twice. Cant wait to re visit Alton Towers and Thorpe Park this year and also get to visit Blackpool pleasure beach and also hopefully falmingo land for the first time this year. Im also hoping to get back to Legoland Windsor for the first time since October 2020 and also Chessington World of Adventures on 2025. Hopefully one day i will get to visit some amazing parks in Europe. I would like to thank both you and Charlotte for sparking my love of Theme Parks. If it wasnt for Theme Park Worldwide and The Sandbrooke Adventures, i wouldnt have a love for Theme Parks and Tourist attractions so thankyou!
it’s crazy the uk is the size of a us state while also having the population of a whole country 😂 no wonder their parks are so jammed all the time. uaes population is very spread out
Absolutely loving these vlogs the theme parks look amazing my son isn’t one for big rides do you think it would still be worth taking him for the other rides
One of my favourite mini lands here, when I went back here in 2018, we had full access to all the parks including the water park. You guys should definitely consider checking it out the next time you visit the UAE, it’s a great time!
Excellent video Shawn and Charlotte from LEGOLAND Dubai! In this vlog, we experience everything that this fantastic LEGO theme park has to offer, including two roller coasters, a variety of other attractions, and much more. We also take you for a tour of the amazing indoor Miniland! keep the good videos coming on the channel, Shawn and Charlotte.😀😎👍👍
Dubai is actually separated by that river into the bright lights of downtown Dubai which you see the giant skyscrapers and wealth. The other side of the river is mostly residential and more middle class areas although the further you go the less prosperous it becomes. The one place that really defines this fact is the seafood market on the river which was built by Japanese money and designers. All sorts of fish and seafood go through those doors but beyond that it’s mostly homes of the middle class. The seafood market acts as the de facto boundary for the class separation.
Loved the vlog and the Park looks great, I really enjoyed my visit to the Windsor UK one. Best bit was Shawn on the dragon ride all by himself 😂. Pity some of the interactive things weren't working in miniland 😢 but the take away lego brick freebie was a bonus 👍
@@ThemeParkWorldwide it is you definitly dont want bad days like rain storms Otherwise you will just be indoors all day being bored Lets enjoy the beautiful sunshine

It’s about time the UK theme parks put up pavilions like those in Dubai, particularly Alton Towers, there’s nowhere near enough shelter from the weather. ☔️
Hello Shawn, I always watch your vlogs and I think that they are amazing. But the last 2 vlogs in Dubai I noticed that there is a weird camera shake in the video. Ima not sure if this is a camera setting or not, but I just wanted to tell you that. Besides that keep on gaining with the wonderfull videos!
Yeh, I called that out on yesterday’s vlog. Thought his camera was busted. Apparently it’s because he’s holding the camera itself rather than on a tripod. it’s a weird wobble. 😂
I would say Legoland Windsor would never be this quiet, but maybe This is how quiet the Merlin parks will get if that Universal Resort in Bedford gets built
Unlike Bollywood/Real Madrid World and Motiongate, Legoland has yet to recieve an expansion where most of the new parks get agressive growth over the first decade (Cypress Gardens reopened as Legoland Florida, reopened the adjacent water park, opened the first hotel within five years of the site's acquisition. New York delayed their hotel and added a water play area for 2022/2023 respectively. Windsor is in a bit of a growth period getting 2 coasters in 4 years, 2 new hotels)
The Pueblo Indian structures in the US southwest are older than Petra yet we don’t know much about their culture. Though smaller in scale these structures are still fascinating to see. As the people lived entirely in hidden canyons inside the rock formations. Tours are available just they are all guided by a park ranger due to the site can be somewhat fragile and archaeologists are still working to find more secrets about the civilization. Petra is supposedly a large religious structure that was carved out of devotion by followers. Although rooms are still being discovered inside there. And no one really lived inside.
I really liked Legoland Dubai even though it is the second weakest merlin park for me it still a brilliant park the one big constructive criticism is just there's very little ride hardware on site unlike Legoland Windsor, and is missing some of the staples at the Legoland parks such as Ninjago, Zamperla Disk o. But Overall the Miniland is by far the best.
That Bbq in the desert will likely be with the Bedouin tribe. Just be kinda careful as the meat will likely be camel. Anthony bourdain did the same Bbq in the desert with the tribe and he spent most of the day staring into the desert just thinking and at night he had an entire camel with like 15 people. He spent the night with the tribe and headed back the next day. It was just different for him.
I am going in september and will do this the same day as Motiongate, since this is open 2hours early, is it doable in the 2hours for just the coasters and the darkrides?
That *might* be true, but it’s also true that the sheer lack of foot traffic helps preserve the park. On top of that, a good portion of these parks arnt even a decade old yet.
I feel like all these parks were built for tourism definitely not for any locals … however the UAE will never attract the amount needed because many people will never go rightly or wrongly because of the powers that be there and also the extreme heat . Parts of the UAE are amazing, but it’s very much money money money . Nobody wants huge queues but a bit of atmosphere is needed .
Nice vlog, enjoyed. Would love to see some indoor areas inside UK parks especially Merlin Parks aswell Legoland. Or an indoor coaster experience? Would be a good new addition? Can defo see Universal GB get indoor areas 100%, going back to the London Resort which is likely to no longer happen, if they would like that to happen, be better building a massive British Resort elsewhere in Europe somewhere? With x2 parks? As now we have Universal potentially happening, don't think we will actually realistically need another resort like that in the UK. Think Europe could defo do with another? So why don't London Resort build a resort out in Europe somewhere? Celebrating & promoting Britain culture, movies and music, think it would work. Have Merlin Parks, UK Amusement parks and Universal GB feature various International IP's & original creations for attractions in their parks? Think this would be best in my opinion? But back to this park, nice looking park, was thinking with Dragon coaster? Thinking could be called Shawn's Dragon Coaster? If you do build an attraction in future? Maybe could be one of your attractions if thats what you are planning? Shame there was no water rides or chute, in nice hot weather would of thought they had one? Even to cool guests down? Be walking around park melting lol. Would love to see massively full themed areas in UK parks 100%, especially UK Legoland. Would love to see maybe a family RMC Coaster built in a park like that in the UK? Think it would fit in especially in a city construction building type of setting? Lego City? Also with Lego City land, would be interested if they redevelop it, building in more higher buildings, monorail going around? Had maybe worldwide skyscrapers built into it? Full scale ish? Smaller versions to avoid tree height, but a miniature version for people to step inside? Would be quite cool? Nice vlog, really enjoyed and look forward to the next. 😀👍
I know it's out of season but I've never seen a theme park vlog where a park is even halfway to being called busy. How long until they eventually close down?
They all are run at massive losses. It really doesn't matter to some of them though. They got more money than sense due to incredible natural resources. I think Merlin regret opening Legoland though. Wouldn't be shocked if it closes within the next few years and they repurpose some of the rides.
Loved UAE will definitely have to go back missed Dragon Gliders and Mission Ferrari on my visit in 2022, and Bombay Express but I am sure to return as I know that Motiongate might be getting a Mack Hyper Coaster and Real Madrid World might be getting the Mack Power Splash.

The reason it looks so nice is people tend to have a lot more respect for things out there .
Unfortunately the respect doesn't stretch as far as humans though. People have been arrested in Dubai for kissing in public
