I was taught to row like that, however i get stick for being too far bent over? Im pretty sure if your anything other than at a right angle, its no longer a row is it? All this form stuff sure is confusing. Lol
Yea bro do it to your anatomy u have to feel which level your back contracts because to low it doesn’t hit the same muscle group for every one ..like for me when I’m at a slant but no 90 degree angle I do the row I feel it in my back so try learning your body with this excerisse
