As a dad who just loss his two oldest children within two months, the solar eclipse for this old country fart, is just another thing I've experienced. Experience losing two children.You don't put your eyes on signs, and wonders, but you keep your eyes on Jesus, not looking to the left, or right, and you keep running the good race, and fighting the good fight. Well, he is raising up prophets. We do need to be cautious about what we hear. Always make sure what they say lines up with scripture. And always pray on your own for God to confirm or discredit what you are hearing. Also the word says to test the spirits. Watch if they are teaching the true gospel, of our Lord. While there are false teachers and prophets out there, that doesn’t mean God isn’t speaking. We you should be listening to warnings. Mainly to make sure our life is in good standing with the Lord. We have to be vigilant in living in holiness because he is coming so soon.
I used to listen to Justin Peter's too. I realized he knows it all. God said He would do nothing without warnings from the prophets He raised up, just as He's always done. But no. Only Justin Peters knows it all.

I live in Wisconsin and went down to Indiana with my family to watch the eclipse. I am also what you would call a Charismatic Christian, by the way. I made gospel tracts with a biblical message of repentance, and faith in Jesus Christ and his atoning work through His shed blood, death, and resurrection for salvation-and handed some out to the people there. Not all charismatic Christians agree with all of what is being presented by people on TBN.
Nobody said the rapture was happening today. Troy specifically said the eclipse is a warning to America to turn to God and repent, or judgement will come. Meaning judgement will come in the future... not today.
I live in Indiana and got the full path over 4 min of totality and I fell to my knees in my front yard, I never seen this, yes I have seen partials like everyone else but this was truly amazing The Glory of God for all to see. Yes 1 in countless cycles of his universe, but I was stricken with something I never experienced. Gods Glory With Everyone! I shouted to the top of my lungs, “THE GLORY OF GOD OUR FATHER IS ON DISPLAY FOR US ALL TO SEE” very loud, and a voice from my neighbor, (nothing else) affirmed my message. “AMEN BROTHER GLORY TO GOD” It was the most moving public experience I ever had.
Thx Justin. I am not an American (I am from South Africa) and have often marveled at how some American Christians think that everything that happens in their country is relevant to the whole world. We had a 5-minute news cast on the eclipse and literally no preacher I have heard of here in South Africa even spoke about it in their sermons. I know this is not your stance but it is amazing how important some Americans Christians think they are in the world and that what happens there must be by extention be applicable and relevant to all the rest of us. As an atheist i guess i ended up on the wrong part of the internet, but i found what you wrote kinda ironic. Americans for sure do have a superiority complex. But cant the same be said about pretty much all religious people aswell? I mean, of course your wont agree with that.. just as americans wouldnt agree with your comment. From my perspective, (nearly) all religious people simply get born into their system of beliefs and adopt beliefs they would find ridiculous, when hearing from them as part of another religion. Yet this is a global phenomenon. All over the world, people suspend rational thought and reason only for their chosen religion. Yet they all are convinced that theirs must be the only true one, all the while disregarding the ~4900 other actively practiced religions, which people believe in based on the *exact* same amount of evidence. Which basically reads as "no evidence", but that's not the point. So why do religious people always tend to think they are the important ones? Part of the chosen people? By *randomly* being born in the "right" spot? If they were born somewhere else, they might have ended up Hindu, Buddhist, Muslim, .. being equally as convinced to be part of the chosen people. Americans arent that much different.. they just somehow convinced themselves that gods chosen people are nowadays found in america and that america is gods chosen country. That's really just half a step above the typical religious mindset imho.

I think as an outsider looking in, what you are seeing is a multitude no, a sea of people who have never really examined WHAT they believe or why. I’ve spent my life trying to poke holes in my own theories so I know that it is rare. Group think and pass-me-down religion is a scourge. It is a scourge to Rationalists, but please understand it is also an irritating problem for the rare few who have done deep dives into many faiths. I have deeply examined what I believe and why, and I have done a very thorough analysis of other religions and have found them wanting. With all thought experiments there are unanswered questions, but moreover, there are unanswerable questions. @user-xi9bo6pi4b No, I believe Jesus tells us in Matthew Chapter 12 what the sign of Jonah is: "But he answered and said unto them, An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas: *For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth."* - Matthew 12:39-40 It seems to me the sign of Jonah was the death and resurrection of Jesus. I also believe that the *Shroud of Turin* is authentic, tangible proof or evidence of that sign and the miracle of the resurrection in the tomb. If you've never looked into the Shroud in-depth I would suggest doing so. It's the most studied object/artifact in history for a reason. Even today they still can't figure out how it could've possibly been created by human hands (because it wasn't) and they still can't replicate it with all of it's unique properties. The earth got really cold during the full eclipse today. I was amazed by God's mercy. He makes the light to shine. The eclipse is a reminder to me that God is the Creator King.
As I watched this thing unfold on my TV, I was in absolute Wonder at our God and His creation and that he would allow us to be able to see this amazing amazing sight. No I wasn't looking for the end of the world and no I wasn't expecting the Rapture of the church. There is no sign for the Rapture of the church given in the Bible. We had a partial eclipse in our area. I was outside digging up my landscaping. I loved it outside. The eclipse gives such a strange lighting all around. Kind of like a warm glow. The same as it did here in 2017 when we got to see a total eclipse. And the dog, the barn cat and the horses acted the same as they normally do. And so did we humans. I find all of the Lords creations and how it all behaves and work’s, fascinating. I am greatful to be able to enjoy it all. The eclipse is just one of the many many things that our Lord creates and I am thankful whenever He allows me to see it. Never get tired of recognizing the Lord’s fingerprints.
My cat got confused. He came outside and ran into the woods thinking it was hunting time and came back when the sun came back out and few nocturnal animals came out. We found a beautiful milk snake that came out .
My cat was behaving as he always did during the eclipse - doing absolutely nothing. He could have cared less, more than I can say about some of these preachers.
I watched it for about 30 minutes while taking a break from packing my craft room, as we’re moving soon. The only thing I thought was how amazing God is to create such a wonder in those heavens! The sun is not a large star by comparison to others, yet it is chosen by God as the perfect one for us. Our moon is perfect for our planet. We saw them on wonderous display today! Then I went back to my packing. 😊

Amen, Brother Justin! I'm 72 and yesterday was the first time I have been blessed to see a solar eclipse and I watched it from Fort Worth with my 17 year-old grandson (Isaac). Was blown away, deeply humbled, deeply grateful for that opportunity to share about the incomprehensible strength, power, and righteous Being of our Father, our King, and the Holy Spirit. I do believe dark days are ahead for this nation. Some talk about a revival and I certainly hope so but (sigh), honestly, I don't see it - am I wrong about this? If anything we're becoming more and more evil as in II Timothy 3. Whether some will ever be held accountable here is doubtful but, they will be held accountable to God. Anyway, I stand with ISRAEL (Genesis 12:3) - you and those here are my friends and I stand with you, too! God bless and protect each one of you!
I know Troy and watched his videos Paul is talking about. Troy did not even hint that the eclipse is a sign of the rapture. Paul is twisting his word and taking them out of context. Paul even changed his voice and copies Troy and mocks him. That is not what we do as born again believers. We never publicly shame or mock people. Not even false teachers. We love them and go to them privately with our concern on our hearts. The bible tells us what to do if we think a brother is in error and it is not this. Paul does the opposite. He also commits blasphemy often. Anytime we witness an act of the Holy Spirit with others and tell others that it was not the Holy Spirit we are doing exactly what the pharisee's did to Jesus.
I'll bet large sums of money people like Troy, when confronted, will not change their ways. One thing I can say about charismatics is they'll NEVER correct or criticize one of their own. Likely because it could expose them and their movement. Oops.

It is unfortunate indeed and the passage you might be referring to is 2 Timothy 3:13, where we're warned by the apostle Paul that evil men and seducers will wax worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived.
I got to witness the eclipse in my backyard in Dayton, Ohio with my family. We were just so amazed and awed at the beauty of God's design. We ignored all the crazy prophecies circulating around and just sat and adimered our wonderful creator by looking at His creation. Thanks for the video!

It was pretty neat getting to see here in the Dallas, TX area. Sat on the back porch and watched it. Got dark and all the neighbors outside lights came on. Squirrels that had been chasing each other round and round the trees went out of sight. Birds made themselves scarce. Glanced up once or twice to look directly with one eye closed and saw the entire sun obscured. Light just bleeding out around the edges. Lasted about 4 minutes and then it was gone. Great memory and I am glad I got to see it. I am 62 so will never get to see another one.
They need a way to justify creating a Christian utopia where they can have Christ without suffering for his name. So rather than accept what the Bible says, they'd rather rewrite history and then try to change the culture through politics and education instead of preaching the gospel using the Bible. Many hold onto the idea that God will judge America (aka stop the libs) and then American will repent and become an earthly Christian utopia before Jesus comes back. Basically one big fantasy where Christians make the world love them without losing God in the process. It's so antichrist.

Considering what the US has been going through for the past 4 years, I still say things keep ramping up eclipse or no eclipse. And the international scene is part of it.
This upsets me so much. I grew up around atheists and agnostics. And where I lived when I became a Christian I had no way to get to a good, Bible-believing, Bible-teaching church. All I had access to in those days was Kenneth Copeland and 100 Huntley Street (I’m in Canada). I thank God that He put in me the desire to know solid teaching. I thank God that I have had access to great Bible-believing, God-fearing teachers out there. I especially am thankful to God for ministries like yours. I am truly saddened thinking of all the people out there that fall for these charismatics. There was a time years ago where I very well could have been one of them. Thank you for your ministry Brother Justin. I hope others who are really seeking truth find your channel, and most of all take the time to really study their Bibles so they will not fall prey to unsound teachings. 🙏🏼
I’ve never seen this guy in my life been watching other solid teachers for probably seven years now almost and I’ve always been Spiritual. Never once has anyone I’ve watched, sat and criticize other teachers. This guy is fake.

As a pentecostal I'm the first to ACKNOWLEDGE that some pentecostals and charismatics have been and continue to be WEIRD in some respects. This is often very embarrassing. On the other hand I've seen the IMPOTENCE of other christian denominations and their PROUD ARROGANCE in assuming themselves to ALWAYS BEING RIGHT and looking down their ministerial noses at others whom they disagree with. There's GREAT DANGER in EXTREMES i.e. Evangelical extremism and Charismatic extremism. I believe there's a lot we can LEARN FROM ONE ANOTHER provided we maintain a HUMBLE TEACHABLE ATTITUDE

Denominations are man made. Why can't we all just be children of God? God didn't mean for us to be separated in our beliefs. Be the person that God wants you to be. I was baptisted at a pentecostal church, but I don't attend their churches for they have become too worldly.

Thank you for posting this presentation and yesterday morning, I had the privilege of doing a bit of singing at the church of a friend of mine, who is the pastor there. During his sermon on that passage from 2 Peter 3 concerning the day of the Lord itself, he played a brief portion of this same presentation and when I heard what Troy had to say, I was particularly reminded of Matthew 24:11, where we're warned by our Lord Himself that many false prophets will rise up and deceive many.
I felt very awed and just kept on giving praise to Jesus Christ and thinking what a mighty God ......what a mighty God!! It was an awesome sight. Birds were silent, the eclipse made me think of Jesus and I felt happy doing that :)

Everyone here, I understand both. There are some who are gifted toward the Prophetic, and I do not think Justin Peter's is in that same manner. I think he is gifted in a different manner, both persons pure. But we are getting it wrong in Unity. I don't think Peter's understands it and he states against Trey Brewer. It us unlawful and I must stand with Trey, but also want to help Justin as well. Let's pray Justin sees it.
We love you, Justin. Husband and I were doing Isaiah 54-55. We weren't interested. HOWEVER, Christian friends/teachers in Arlington TX used this event to witness to nonbelievers, and tell children in their classes that God controls our sun and moon and created us and everything. They always double speak before they come out and say well I told you I was just guessing. They cover themselves. Its all click bait and hype to get more viewers.
A lot of them pretend it never happened, and move on to their next big (false) prophecy. It’s satanic how they operate. It’s ignorance and stupidity of the people that keep trusting these liars.
The false prophets either hide away, push the date back, claim that prophecy "doesn't" have to be 100% accurate, or make up a bunch of fluke excuses, etc. What the false prophets refuse to accept is that prophecy has to be 100% accurate and that there shouldn't be any false prophecies. The false prophets also engage in the dangerous practice of date-setting and they do it all the time.
I was at work and it was so quiet all the staff had a chance to go out and see it. I brought extra glasses as did others so it was a nice bonding time because many didn’t have any and were very appreciative. It was also an opportunity for me to talk about the Lords glory and how amazing He is. Always refreshing to watch these videos and get the truth.

Take a trip through the epistles of John sometime and see what one of the "Sons of Thunder" says to Christians. There are plenty of examples in scripture where error is called out. What department are you in exactly? Don't you want accuracy with regard to the handling of scripture? What if there were no Reformation? I would encourage you to look at why your immune system is not robust or if it got a little worn down leading up to this. Did you not get a good rest(s) prior to the 'flu' ? Are you under duress / great stress ? Did you eat high sugar foods or drink alcohol? Is your vitamin D level adequate? Are you exercising and have good stamina ? Your around a lot of sick people and should sail through this as a part of your job. I did 10 plus years in a hospital so I started to see these patterns emerge in myself and others. Re; "coincidence". There is no word for 'coincidence' in the Hebrew lexicon. Genesis 1:14 says that God put the sun and moon in the firmament for signs. This is what Abba says. God tells David that *His* thoughts toward David number more than the sand. So Father is always speaking to us regardless of our conditionings, narratives and opinions. We drove from Maryland to Cleveland, Ohio to see the eclipse. It was so worth it. My daughter and I were at Edgewater Park (right off Lake Erie) and had a good view of the eclipse. God's amazing work! My daughter's name is Wendy and she even got to go to Wendy Park near the place where we were. I'm 81 y/o so this was the only time I could imagine seeing an eclipse. When the sun began to peek out from the moon the people around us all clapped, whistled and cheered. Amazing experience. And yes we are in the end times (when the Jews returned to Zion May 15, 1948), since there are so many other real signs around (spoken of in Mark 13:1-37, Luke 21:5-36, Dan.9:24-27, Reve. 6:1-19 etc.). We just need to be ready!

Eclipses are natural phenomenon that can be predicted with extreme accuracy. The April 8 eclipse was predicted years in advance. We know another touches America in 2044. Are you saying that we can know in advance when God will tell us to repent? The Bible already tells us that.

He speaks to every believer. The question is are we listening? He speaks to us through the word, through other people, and directly through the Holy Spirit. He speaks through a nudge , through peace. Some people do hear him through an audible voice from within. But it will always be through and about the word ,and it will never contradict the scriptures. These people have the ministry of prophecy. So we can’t just rule them out. We just have to be cautious and discerning. God is speaking to his people.
If we don't know the day or the hour, and the day of the Lord comes at an hour we do not expect, this would be one day NOT to expect the rapture. Which, paradoxically, makes it a possibility. I guess we'll find out.
I watched a handful of YT sites regarding the live eclipse. Nobody ever mentioned God. Site seers in various states of totality were asked to comment but not one that I watched mentioned God in any capacity. All the comments I read, no mention of God either. How shameful. You’d think one Spirit filled Christian interviewed would have glorified our Creator. I kept searching, flipping to different channels but I didn’t hear anybody declare the splendor of the heavens. So sad.
Hi Justin, I hope you don't mind my comments, please don't take this as a personal criticism, it certainly isn't, it's just an observation and concern I've had for a while. Although this is a little long I hope that you read through it, I've tried to condense it down but I feel led to say these words. I don't always agree with your point of view or position, and that's OK, It doesn't mean that either of us is right or wrong. In saying that, let me say that I've had so many discussions on Facebook with Christians regarding the eclipse and its so-called significance. I do not believe it had the significance attached to it by others and I totally reject the concept of a "rapture" that is not Jesus' second coming where he will judge the living and the dead. I believe that the gifts of the Holy Spirit are available to us today to be used for God's glory, and I believe that those gifts need to be and are being used. I attend a sound Biblical-based, mission-focused, Holy Spirit-led Baptist Church here in Brisbane Australia. My main concern regarding your ministry and the ministry of those associated with you (this is not related to the eclipse) is that you appear to be hypercritical of the "modern" church (for want of a better name). You seem to denigrate any ministry that doesn't agree or sit within your theology or mindset. While this may be fair enough (you're a minister and theologian), my major concern I have with your calling out others is that it has become excessive and almost to the point of obsessive. Particularly when you are doing so on international forums concerning ministries and Christians while speaking about American churches and ministers and the faults that you find in them. relating to American culture and subjects. On the whole, here in Australia, we have very few independent churches and ministers have to be fully trained and licensed (You can't just call yourself a minister and start your own church. The major churches here in Australia, and certainly those that operate in the gifts of the Spirit, don't appear to have the problems that you often point out in American churches - Hillsong being the exception, but then to be honest with you, here in Australia Hillsong is not held in a particularly high regard, despite the hype and PR machine. It concerns me greatly that in applying what is happening in American churches to churches elsewhere in the world you are not only putting a false view forward to those seeking God and the forgiveness of Jesus in other countries, and therefore making people hesitant to seek him. You are in fact denigrating God's church and finding fault where there is none (it may be occurring in American churches but not elsewhere). Could I ask as a favour that you make the distinction in your videos and preaching when it is going to be used on an International platform such as TH-cam, X, Facebook etc.
2:35 actually it is a big deal. April 8th is 1 Nissan on the Jewish calendar. It marks the very day of the exodus from Egypt and also the baptism of Jesus on this very day.
I'm confused by your post. It does mark the beginning of Nisan, but that's not the very day they went out. The Israelites went out on the 14th the same day they were to kill the lamb of Passover. Exodus 12:6

Well, he is raising up prophets. We do need to be cautious about what we hear. Always make sure what they say lines up with scripture. And always pray on your own for God to confirm or discredit what you are hearing. Also the word says to test the spirits. Watch if they are teaching the true gospel, of our Lord. While there are false teachers and prophets out there, that doesn’t mean God isn’t speaking. We you should be listening to warnings. Mainly to make sure our life is in good standing with the Lord. We have to be vigilant in living in holiness because he is coming so soon.

I live in Wisconsin and went down to Indiana with my family to watch the eclipse. I am also what you would call a Charismatic Christian, by the way. I made gospel tracts with a biblical message of repentance, and faith in Jesus Christ and his atoning work through His shed blood, death, and resurrection for salvation-and handed some out to the people there. Not all charismatic Christians agree with all of what is being presented by people on TBN.

We had a 5-minute news cast on the eclipse and literally no preacher I have heard of here in South Africa even spoke about it in their sermons. I know this is not your stance but it is amazing how important some Americans Christians think they are in the world and that what happens there must be by extention be applicable and relevant to all the rest of us. As an atheist i guess i ended up on the wrong part of the internet, but i found what you wrote kinda ironic. Americans for sure do have a superiority complex. But cant the same be said about pretty much all religious people aswell? I mean, of course your wont agree with that.. just as americans wouldnt agree with your comment. From my perspective, (nearly) all religious people simply get born into their system of beliefs and adopt beliefs they would find ridiculous, when hearing from them as part of another religion. Yet this is a global phenomenon. All over the world, people suspend rational thought and reason only for their chosen religion. Yet they all are convinced that theirs must be the only true one, all the while disregarding the ~4900 other actively practiced religions, which people believe in based on the *exact* same amount of evidence. Which basically reads as "no evidence", but that's not the point. So why do religious people always tend to think they are the important ones? Part of the chosen people? By *randomly* being born in the "right" spot? If they were born somewhere else, they might have ended up Hindu, Buddhist, Muslim, .. being equally as convinced to be part of the chosen people. Americans arent that much different.. they just somehow convinced themselves that gods chosen people are nowadays found in america and that america is gods chosen country. That's really just half a step above the typical religious mindset imho.

There are eclipses happening all time at some point on the earth. Why would an eclipse over this country mean so much more than over other countries? If it were going over Jerusalem or Bethlehem, you might have a point. But this country is not any more important than any other country in the eyes of the creator.

"But he answered and said unto them, An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas: *For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth."* - Matthew 12:39-40
It seems to me the sign of Jonah was the death and resurrection of Jesus. I also believe that the *Shroud of Turin* is authentic, tangible proof or evidence of that sign and the miracle of the resurrection in the tomb. If you've never looked into the Shroud in-depth I would suggest doing so. It's the most studied object/artifact in history for a reason. Even today they still can't figure out how it could've possibly been created by human hands (because it wasn't) and they still can't replicate it with all of it's unique properties. The earth got really cold during the full eclipse today. I was amazed by God's mercy. He makes the light to shine. The eclipse is a reminder to me that God is the Creator King.

As I watched this thing unfold on my TV, I was in absolute Wonder at our God and His creation and that he would allow us to be able to see this amazing amazing sight. No I wasn't looking for the end of the world and no I wasn't expecting the Rapture of the church. There is no sign for the Rapture of the church given in the Bible. I live on Indiana and i sat in my car and turned up my worship music and praised God. I cried at the amazement of our God. The nonsense of today being the end and people believing it is sad. We had a partial eclipse in our area. I was outside digging up my landscaping. I loved it outside. The eclipse gives such a strange lighting all around. Kind of like a warm glow. The same as it did here in 2017 when we got to see a total eclipse. And the dog, the barn cat and the horses acted the same as they normally do. And so did we humans. I find all of the Lords creations and how it all behaves and work’s, fascinating. I am greatful to be able to enjoy it all. The eclipse is just one of the many many things that our Lord creates and I am thankful whenever He allows me to see it. Never get tired of recognizing the Lord’s fingerprints.
My cat got confused. He came outside and ran into the woods thinking it was hunting time and came back when the sun came back out and few nocturnal animals came out. We found a beautiful milk snake that came out .
My cat was behaving as he always did during the eclipse - doing absolutely nothing. He could have cared less, more than I can say about some of these preachers.
I watched it for about 30 minutes while taking a break from packing my craft room, as we’re moving soon.
The only thing I thought was how amazing God is to create such a wonder in those heavens!
The sun is not a large star by comparison to others, yet it is chosen by God as the perfect one for us.

Amen, Brother Justin! I'm 72 and yesterday was the first time I have been blessed to see a solar eclipse and I watched it from Fort Worth with my 17 year-old grandson (Isaac). Was blown away, deeply humbled, deeply grateful for that opportunity to share about the incomprehensible strength, power, and righteous Being of our Father, our King, and the Holy Spirit. I do believe dark days are ahead for this nation. Some talk about a revival and I certainly hope so but (sigh), honestly, I don't see it - am I wrong about this? If anything we're becoming more and more evil as in II Timothy 3. Whether some will ever be held accountable here is doubtful but, they will be held accountable to God. Anyway, I stand with ISRAEL (Genesis 12:3) - you and those here are my friends and I stand with you, too! God bless and protect each one of you!

I know Troy and watched his videos Paul is talking about. Troy did not even hint that the eclipse is a sign of the rapture. Paul is twisting his word and taking them out of context. Paul even changed his voice and copies Troy and mocks him. That is not what we do as born again believers. We never publicly shame or mock people. Not even false teachers. We love them and go to them privately with our concern on our hearts. The bible tells us what to do if we think a brother is in error and it is not this. Paul does the opposite. He also commits blasphemy often. Anytime we witness an act of the Holy Spirit with others and tell others that it was not the Holy Spirit we are doing exactly what the pharisee's did to Jesus.

I got to witness the eclipse in my backyard in Dayton, Ohio with my family. We were just so amazed and awed at the beauty of God's design. We ignored all the crazy prophecies circulating around and just sat and adimered our wonderful creator by looking at His creation. Thanks for the video!

It was pretty neat getting to see here in the Dallas, TX area. Sat on the back porch and watched it. Got dark and all the neighbors outside lights came on. Squirrels that had been chasing each other round and round the trees went out of sight. Birds made themselves scarce. Glanced up once or twice to look directly with one eye closed and saw the entire sun obscured. Light just bleeding out around the edges. Lasted about 4 minutes and then it was gone. Great memory and I am glad I got to see it. I am 62 so will never get to see another one.
I have noticed the same thing. For some reason people think that America has been chosen by God. I never could understand this.
They need a way to justify creating a Christian utopia where they can have Christ without suffering for his name. So rather than accept what the Bible says, they'd rather rewrite history and then try to change the culture through politics and education instead of preaching the gospel using the Bible. Many hold onto the idea that God will judge America (aka stop the libs) and then American will repent and become an earthly Christian utopia before Jesus comes back. Basically one big fantasy where Christians make the world love them without losing God in the process. It's so antichrist.

Considering what the US has been going through for the past 4 years, I still say things keep ramping up eclipse or no eclipse. And the international scene is part of it.
This upsets me so much. I grew up around atheists and agnostics. And where I lived when I became a Christian I had no way to get to a good, Bible-believing, Bible-teaching church. All I had access to in those days was Kenneth Copeland and 100 Huntley Street (I’m in Canada). I thank God that He put in me the desire to know solid teaching. I thank God that I have had access to great Bible-believing, God-fearing teachers out there. I especially am thankful to God for ministries like yours. I am truly saddened thinking of all the people out there that fall for these charismatics. There was a time years ago where I very well could have been one of them.

Thank you for posting this presentation and yesterday morning, I had the privilege of doing a bit of singing at the church of a friend of mine, who is the pastor there.
During his sermon on that passage from 2 Peter 3 concerning the day of the Lord itself, he played a brief portion of this same presentation and when I heard what Troy had to say, I was particularly reminded of Matthew 24:11, where we're warned by our Lord Himself that many false prophets will rise up and deceive many.

The false prophets either hide away, push the date back, claim that prophecy "doesn't" have to be 100% accurate, or make up a bunch of fluke excuses, etc. What the false prophets refuse to accept is that prophecy has to be 100% accurate and that there shouldn't be any false prophecies. The false prophets also engage in the dangerous practice of date-setting and they do it all the time.

I was at work and it was so quiet all the staff had a chance to go out and see it. I brought extra glasses as did others so it was a nice bonding time because many didn’t have any and were very appreciative.

I would encourage you to look at why your immune system is not robust or if it got a little worn down leading up to this. Did you not get a good rest(s) prior to the 'flu' ? Are you under duress / great stress ? Did you eat high sugar foods or drink alcohol? Is your vitamin D level adequate? Are you exercising and have good stamina ? Your around a lot of sick people and should sail through this as a part of your job. I did 10 plus years in a hospital so I started to see these patterns emerge in myself and others.
Re; "coincidence". There is no word for 'coincidence' in the Hebrew lexicon. Genesis 1:14 says that God put the sun and moon in the firmament for signs. This is what Abba says. God tells David that *His* thoughts toward David number more than the sand. So Father is always speaking to us regardless of our conditionings, narratives and opinions. The question is are we listening? Do we hear what He is saying? Or do we rather fill in from our mind, will and emotions? Seek Jesus more and more. Seek for treasure with ALL of your heart. Shalom!

We drove from Maryland to Cleveland, Ohio to see the eclipse. It was so worth it. My daughter and I were at Edgewater Park (right off Lake Erie) and had a good view of the eclipse. God's amazing work! My daughter's name is Wendy and she even got to go to Wendy Park near the place where we were. I'm 81 y/o so this was the only time I could imagine seeing an eclipse. When the sun began to peek out from the moon the people around us all clapped, whistled and cheered. Amazing experience. And yes we are in the end times (when the Jews returned to Zion May 15, 1948), since there are so many other real signs around (spoken of in Mark 13:1-37, Luke 21:5-36, Dan.9:24-27, Reve. 6:1-19 etc.). We just need to be ready!

You raise some very good points brother. It’s not only silly to do what he’s done with the scriptures - it’s also dangerous. Based on the American dating system there must be a chapter and verse for every day of the year !! Therefore he’s either purposely deceiving the people which is downright evil or he genuinely believes what he’s saying which is plain stupid and brother, if he’s THAT stupid he should be on a care package!

Bothers me too when people misspeak, but to be fair, they both said Eagle Pass at first, but once Brewer said Eagle’s Pass, Justin also said Eagle’s Pass. Maybe just repeating what Brewer said, but the second time because Brewer said “eagles” (plural) just before Justin commented. Slip of the tongue perhaps.

Troy Brewer has neglected the fact that the scriptures were not divide into chapters and verses until quite some time after Jesus. Neither were individual events subtitled. His claim is singularly ridiculous.

He never 'claimed' anything you or JP said, look up the real truth to learn the truth. Knowing how 'man' put the book together doesn't make you holier then Troy or anyone else. Makes you more 'secular' maybe Yall dont believe that God could have or did put those books and number system EXACTLY the way he wanted us to see them. Computers are starting to find numerical coding within the Bible that no man could have invented or predicted. Troy mentioned rapture but I didn't hear him saying the rapture will happen. I understood Troy to be saying wake up christian. he used Exodus I guess because rapture is our Exodus.

Eclipses are natural phenomenon that can be predicted with extreme accuracy. The April 8 eclipse was predicted years in advance. We know another touches America in 2044. Are you saying that we can know in advance when God will tell us to repent? The Bible already tells us that.

He speaks to every believer. The question is are we listening? He speaks to us through the word, through other people, and directly through the Holy Spirit. He speaks through a nudge , through peace. Some people do hear
him through an audible voice from within. But it will always be through and about the word ,and it will never contradict the scriptures. These people have the ministry of prophecy. So we can’t just rule them out. We just have to be cautious and discerning. God is speaking to his people.
If we don't know the day or the hour, and the day of the Lord comes at an hour we do not expect, this would be one day NOT to expect the rapture. Which, paradoxically, makes it a possibility. I guess we'll find out.
I watched a handful of YT sites regarding the live eclipse. Nobody ever mentioned God. Site seers in various states of totality were asked to comment but not one that I watched mentioned God in any capacity. All the comments I read, no mention of God either. How shameful. You’d think one Spirit filled Christian interviewed would have glorified our Creator. I kept searching, flipping to different channels but I didn’t hear anybody declare the splendor of the heavens. So sad.

Hi Justin, I hope you don't mind my comments, please don't take this as a personal criticism, it certainly isn't, it's just an observation and concern I've had for a while. Although this is a little long I hope that you read through it, I've tried to condense it down but I feel led to say these words.
I don't always agree with your point of view or position, and that's OK, It doesn't mean that either of us is right or wrong. In saying that, let me say that I've had so many discussions on Facebook with Christians regarding the eclipse and its so-called significance. I do not believe it had the significance attached to it by others and I totally reject the concept of a "rapture" that is not Jesus' second coming where he will judge the living and the dead. I believe that the gifts of the Holy Spirit are available to us today to be used for God's glory, and I believe that those gifts need to be and are being used. I attend a sound Biblical-based, mission-focused, Holy Spirit-led Baptist Church here in Brisbane Australia.
My main concern regarding your ministry and the ministry of those associated with you (this is not related to the eclipse) is that you appear to be hypercritical of the "modern" church (for want of a better name). You seem to denigrate any ministry that doesn't agree or sit within your theology or mindset. While this may be fair enough (you're a minister and theologian), my major concern I have with your calling out others is that it has become excessive and almost to the point of obsessive. Particularly when you are doing so on international forums concerning ministries and Christians while speaking about American churches and ministers and the faults that you find in them. relating to American culture and subjects. On the whole, here in Australia, we have very few independent churches and ministers have to be fully trained and licensed (You can't just call yourself a minister and start your own church. The major churches here in Australia, and certainly those that operate in the gifts of the Spirit, don't appear to have the problems that you often point out in American churches - Hillsong being the exception, but then to be honest with you, here in Australia Hillsong is not held in a particularly high regard, despite the hype and PR machine.
It concerns me greatly that in applying what is happening in American churches to churches elsewhere in the world you are not only putting a false view forward to those seeking God and the forgiveness of Jesus in other countries, and therefore making people hesitant to seek him. You are in fact denigrating God's church and finding fault where there is none (it may be occurring in American churches but not elsewhere). Could I ask as a favour that you make the distinction in your videos and preaching when it is going to be used on an International platform such as TH-cam, X, Facebook etc.
2:35 actually it is a big deal. April 8th is 1 Nissan on the Jewish calendar. It marks the very day of the exodus from Egypt and also the baptism of Jesus on this very day.
I'm confused by your post. It does mark the beginning of Nisan, but that's not the very day they went out. The Israelites went out on the 14th the same day they were to kill the lamb of Passover. Exodus 12:6
Technically the 1st of Nisan (Rosh Chodesh) was observed last night, after the eclipse. But the moon was a new moon, so...

It's funny how Troy Brewer and many others claimed the eclipse was going to go over seven different towns called Nineveh and it only went over two of them.
We should be careful not to attempt to nullify a possible Divine warning to the peoples. Many "prophets" did just that in Jeremiah's day.
The eclipse shadow (total or partial) touched all 48 contiguous states. Thus, it went over every Nineveh, every Salem, and every fill-in-the-blank-town in those 48 states. Amazing!!
