Pakistan never demilitarized the POK rather shifted non Kashmiri population to POK to vote in favor of Pakistan. Such migration of non residences to Kashmir was illegal and made plebiscite impossible. Till date India never allowed Indian to migrate to Kashmir valley resulting in stagnation of development of industry, education and businesses. God bless India.
