Hi sir.very nice video.but AAP ne kahin per thodi se mistake ki hai.aap ek Baar revile karke sunlijiye.
AAP ne Kahan k condenser k shell side me water hota hai aur tube side me refrigerant.but it's wrong.(water circulates in tube side and refrigerant circulates in shell side).
At evaporator ( refrigerant circulates in tube side and water circulates in shell side)

Dekhiye bhai below the 100s of TR only aapko non central ac's milenge.aur above the 100's of TR to 1000's of TR Central ac's hote hai...
Because chiller used in commercial and industrial areas me use Kiya jata hai.due to the larger area required to be conditioned..so 1tr or 2tr is not enough to conditioned that much of area...
For smaller areas we use only the window or split ac's...
Agar AAP chaho to kisi aur se puch sakte ho bhai...agar Maine galath bataya hai AAP ko to AAP mujhe iska sahi answer desakte...
