Max, once again (since 2018 when I bought your first course) it is clear that you are the absolute best teacher when it comes to explaining any new topic. Many thanks for all the free content, your great support cannot be overestimated!
Got nothing to add :). That's correct, it's not the same so only exchange it if you know for sure that it'll still lead to the same result for your expected input.
I'm sorry, we enabled subtitles but these are generated automatically by TH-cam, so we basically cannot control whether they are available or not :( Might be added automatically soon though.
Hi Max, since all your videos are about JavaScript, maybe it's a good idea to change the flavor to JavaScript from PHP for the rest of the videos. Those two use different regex engines. :)
That's correct - had it set up like this before starting the recording but then had to reload and forgot it. I'll try to switch it back in the future - thanks a lot!

Hi Max,
at 8:06 there 2 colors in match blue and green. blue color shows match. what does green color show?
What does it mean when you find 3 matches instead of 1? What can you do differently?
You my friend are a GREAT tutor... I literally want to save and download your entire REGEX set of videos :)
Thanks so much for your fantastic feedback, really happy to read that you like my teaching style :)
Max, is it bad to change out or use the shortcut: [\w]+ instead of [a-zA-Z]+ ?
The two things not the same. \w: [a-zA-Z0-9_] is not equal to [a-zA-Z] (and not equal to [A-z], look at the ascii table), but wait for Max's reply

Thank you Max! I have been practicing javascript algorithms lately and found out I am definitely weak in regex.
Thank you for sharing this Phillip! I hope the videos are at least a little help to improve your RegEx knowledge :)
Very nice stuff Max! Love your videos and voice! Please continue :)
Thank you so much - that really is awesome to read! :)

Hi! Please, enable automatic subtitles! Like at the intro. Thanks!

You can set the default flavor the site uses from the settings menu. The default one is PHP.
