I was scared to install a nut on my prs se, but after sanding the bottom down to the right height, this thing popped in like a lego and really made a big improvement, may install these on all my other non Floyd guitars
Might have to look into this. I just bought a CE24, USA made, and it won't stay in tune for the life of me. Even blocked the trem to see if that'd help and it did not lol
How is the PT-6643-00 a replacement for the Holcomb signature since the radius on that fretboard is 20”? From my understanding, 6643 fits the radius on 10”
cheers mate...i'm a bit out of breath now...and yup...i've replaced practically all parts incl electrics and pickups on my 2 prs's....SE singlecuts....good little guitars....if i had seen your video a bit earlier i might have given your parts a "shot......might try your "nuts"....
I gots no PRS but I gots this cheapo wasburn nuno model no number just the entry level one. Ain’t nothing wrong wif it but I bet It’d sound better wif a new nut and set of saddles??? Y’all know which ones I should ask Santa for... what month is it??? I’ve been in lockdown too long! Is it next year yet?
I’d like a white/ivory finish on the Tusq nut upgrade for my PRS 594 Thinline, instead of black. Can you please confirm the part number I should order?
A common fit for PRS instruments is the 6643. We offer this “packaged” in TUSQ, TUSQ XL & Black TUSQ XL. But as always please double check our posted dimensions against your actual instrument when determining compatibility. Cheers.
I'm having a hard time figuring out what TUSQ XL nut I need for my Jackson Pro Misha Mansoor HT6. No One can give me an answer. It has a 20 Inch Radius.
Hi Michael, we can try to help finding the right fit. Could you please email us at gray@graphtech.com with the info (length, width, height, string spacing, radius 20 in.). Cheers
The PT is black TUSQ with lubricant (PTFE), PQL is white TUSQ with lubricant and PQ is the original Pure TUSQ, nothing added, recommended for acoustic instruments... slightly harder and hint more harmonics.... Hope that helps.
Very nice products. For something like a PRS S2 singulecut with the PRS adjustable stoptail, is this metric or imperial? The S2 line is built in the US factory but with some hardware and electronics from overseas.
the prs saddles are too long and need to be redesigned!!! You cannot intonate them because of the length . I just took my graph tech set off and put the old ones back on. my strat ones work perfectly with no problem at all. Compare a prs saddle to yours and you will see
HI, ... yes, on some of the PRS, our saddles can't go back far enough for the Low E string... it all depends on how the neck angle of the guitar is set up.... easy fix is to sand the back of the saddle with a 250 to 400 grit sandpaper to a length that works, (takes about 5 minutes and looks good) , and some players just remove the intonation spring to make a little extra room, ... as with all of our products purchased directly from us and particpating dealers, we offer a 45 day, Love it or return in guarantee... we're not aware of any other guitar component company that stands behind their performance and our customers satisfaction like this.... you can reach us at support@graphtech.com... thanks so much

Is all of this true for the Zach Myers SE Blue PRS guitar ?
Yes, the Black TUSQ XL nut and ResoMax wraparound will work wonders for your Zach Meyers
Years later, comment again, I tend to use Tusq saddle and nut by y'all, because them string savers are nice and give me the tone I want. Cheers!

Where is this video for Jackson guitars?
I'm thinking of adding a piezo to my prs se 24 with trem.
I am very happy with all parts from PRS.

Would the wraparound bridges have the same 10" radius that PRS use for their wraparounds?
Can you comment on swapping the S2 McCarty 594 oem tuners with phase 3 locking tuner without any modifications??

Is the same model nut usable on a non whammy Tremonti SE?
Yes, the trem and fixed bridge both use the same nut.
So stupid question...maybe I missed it....twice? I did rewind once....
But will this fit my prs SE STANDARD 24?
whats the difference between the PT6643 and the PQL6643 and the PQ6643???? I'm asking for the Holcomb SE 2020 model

Informative and hilarious!

I'm good with piercings and even enlarged earholes but can't get past when they bounce around like that.

The big metal earlobe plugs make his ears wiggle when he talks. I wonder if anyone has told him.
If it's over 1k still a good chance it's not made in the states 😂
