I think you can bought a Mi Band 3 because the size is almost the same. I have one M5 Smartband with a dead battery and i'm gonna bought a new battery to try if i can turn on. My problem is the band shows charging screen but when i remove the charger the display turns off and the band still off inclusive when i press the on/off button for 4 seconds. Using a multimeter the battery show 0V and is probably dead, before some hours of charging they still the same.
