It's better to buy 5 Marla in bahria, naval Anchorage, Faisal hills or Faisal town. It's too expensive. DHA has become unreliable now. For instance development charges in 5 Marla at DHA Multan were 9 lakhs. Now suddenly they have increased it to 15 lakhs for 5 Marla and subsequently for other sizes, which were too much for owners. They might do the same here. Hidden factors are always there. Location of society and bahria enclave or park City is almost same . Then why to waste so much.
It has been heard that CDA has no stake in margala enclave. Secondly im of the view that due to sky rocketing prices investor will be attracted in bahria enclave again. Exactly same situation emerges when CDA launches Park enclave and bahria launched half of price of park enclave. Pl comment😊😊

the previous DHA joint venture was failure. DHA valley project is still not delivered after 16 years and people are waiting for their plots.
