- Hey #GGSquad, how are you? Welcome to Haridwar. One of the busiest pilgrimage sites in India. Situated in Uttarakhand, many people come to Haridwar to take a dip in the Holy Ganga. We were here for two days and tried some of the best street foods and witnessed the mesmerising Ganga aarti. Watch this video till the end to see some fun bloopers, delicious foods and Ganga aarti.

During my visit in the month of March - April, 2018, I saw a 'Thela Wala' in the market area infront of the Har ki Pauri ghat who was selling freshly baked warm biscuits baked in a Make Shift Oven on his simple 4 wheeled Cart/ thela. The biscuits were delightfully soft and warm as they are taken out of the oven in front of your eyes. They were also tasty.
Another thing I had there was the Fruits of Prickly Pears (Opuntia sp.) Two elderly man and woman were selling those near the Ram jhula- Laxman jhula region (i can't figure out the exact location now) in a local name- 'Ram Fal'. Those were also very refreshing and pleasant to eat.
Oh yes! I tried ramphal in Rishikesh too! Have you seen my Rishikesh food video?
