During my visit in the month of March - April, 2018, I saw a 'Thela Wala' in the market area infront of the Har ki Pauri ghat who was selling freshly baked warm biscuits baked in a Make Shift Oven on his simple 4 wheeled Cart/ thela. The biscuits were delightfully soft and warm as they are taken out of the oven in front of your eyes. They were also tasty. Another thing I had there was the Fruits of Prickly Pears (Opuntia sp.) Two elderly man and woman were selling those near the Ram jhula- Laxman jhula region (i can't figure out the exact location now) in a local name- 'Ram Fal'. Those were also very refreshing and pleasant to eat.
