@@Jordcurious A boulevard would typically be four lanes divided with a median. It would also usually have limited access with less, or no driveways. A boulevard would also have proper turn lanes at intersections. Vaughan Harvey would be an example of a boulevard. There is more to it than that but hopefully this gives you a general idea.

Mountain rd should have been laid out as a boulevard. Also, If the traffic lights were synchronised that drive would not take 17 minutes.
