You don’t need to become friend with him
1. Call him
2. Put him on a gurney
3. Put him on the X-ray bed
4. Take a picture and give to him
5. The friend bar will spike all the way up to friend
6. Then do surgery
I got this a few hours ago but thanks anyways!
Edit: all I had to do to make friend is take a photo and we were instantly friends

you have to have the friend book, and call from the friend book
I have the friend book since last year and Janitor doesn’t appear in my friends book
