I don't really know too much about persona lore, but I think it's kind of like metaverse from Facebook? Except connected directly to human consciousness? So I imagine that all persona characters should scale to average human outside of metaverse or metaverse's max effect on the real world. If I'm getting it right, but I'm definitely not claiming to be an expert on persona lore, so I could be completely wrong.
