@@UrbanRonin35 you just gotta start light and then slowly build up the amount and intensity of your training over months. At first the workouts shouldn't feel difficult, they don't need to be that intense. Higher intensity only comes after you have been training consistently for months or years and you stop making progress. Seriously, it is AMAZING how much progress you can mske just doing 2-3 easy sets of something like deadlifts and squats a couple times a week. Like, you pick a weight that you can lift maybe 10-12 times with good technique, then you do maybe 5-8 reps with that weight, and rest up a couple mins for your next set. It kinds feels too easy at first but it works like a freaking charm, you do NOT need much to make progress at first

(Morning workout before school for ftball, weights class, after school work out and then usually at the ymca. I'd also run miles per day. It's been literally like 15 years since I've consistently worked out though and my back and neck have serious issues. Just gotta ease into it.

A few times a week, some nondescript farmboy would show up in a t-shirt and denim shorts and embarrass all the roiders and powerlifters, then leave without saying a word. My brother and I made friends with him, and he had no home gym or anything. Just pure farmboy strength from the physical labor of working a farm.
I just wanted to say I remember looking at your videos a while back and you had nothing but the makeshift basketball hoop and we're doing videos just with that. This is really inspiring to see how far you've gotten with your videos and with your creations keep pushing !
