Swelling after this surgery is going to be more noticeable when rectifying a bulbous tip, which was one of the issues that the doctor fixed for this lady. You just can't see the final result yet due to swelling. Also, Indian people tend to have thicker nose skin that is more prone to swelling post-surgery. As a result, people like myself who are part Caucasian can often see the ideal result immediately upon cast removal. (I'm sitting in bed right now recovering from rhinoplasty and I can already tell that I have almost no swelling on day 5.) People of West African, Polynesian and Australian Aboriginal descent will often have the thickest skin and hence the most recovery time until the final nose is revealed. If you are from the Indian subcontinent and you elect surgery, prevent swelling as much as possible by drinking lots of water, NO smoking or alcohol, no salt/sodium and... so sorry to say this... no chili... eat a bland diet.

But the table result is very pathetic,,I can't notice this much swelling in videos of Dr Monisha,,her results are so satisfying and looks natural
@adiyogi5243 Unfortunately, among indian people, if the table result is favorable, then the one year follow up will not be what they wanted. When I had my cast removed it looked terrible. The tip was raised so high that I had a pig look. But slowly it started to drop. Nine months later it was exactly what I wanted. All of my friends who have had those jobs that looked perfect by week two found that the tip kept dropping, which us what they didn't want.

Honestly speaking this doctor is not a good plastic surgeon but a very good maxillofacial surgeon , each time I talk to his rhinoplasty patient their noses aren’t pretty enough ,
