U Left Sledge Left Split Insert is generally better, although this alg is ok in this case to avoid a dot OLL

It's literally still a sledgehammer just with wide moves lmao. i mean it's either you do:
1. Wide Sexy (Rw U Rw' U' like in the video) + wide sledge (Rw' F Rw F')
2. Or you do a left-handed alg (which for some people is slower),
3. Or you do a U move + Left Sledge + Left Sexy (still left-handed)
I think those are the best options when it comes to this particular case. I don't think there's a need for regrips I guess unless you have it in a particular orientation.

Don't be fooled by his comedic presentation. This is the best alg. One thing is you can do is instead of Rw U Rw' for the first 3 moves, you do equivalent L F L' , with left index finger pushing for F (instead of pinch U). So that you can hold the cube steadily
