I never understood why we never got a PS2 port of The Beatles: Rock Band, outside of the PS2 just being so old that it was no longer worth releasing a version due to poor sales. Out of every Rock Band game released up to that point, The Beatles: Rock Band would have been the closest to the next gen counterparts since you can't have custom characters and the backgrounds look the same during every performance anyway (with a few different camera angle variations). A PS2 port of The Beatles: Rock Band would have actually looked better than the Wii version since they use Xbox 360/PS3 footage in the background.
@@mazda9624 yeah... this and gdrb are the closest thing we could get from the original, same characters same venues, but like you said, without different camera angles. Probably if it was ported to ps2 officially it would use wii graphics or even worst since they did the videos more closed to the ps2 graphics in rb1 and rb2
@filipindumods I think a port would have most likely used Xbox 360 footage since they really had no reason to use the lower quality models from Wii. Kind of like how RB2 for PS2 used Xbox 360 backgrounds even though the Wii version used 3D models.

No guitar hero 3 até tem um mod do guitar hero warriors of rock, mas não tem todas as músicas, e o guitar hero 5 não tem debug menu igual o 4, então fica chato ficar fazendo bug toda hora pra jogar no dualshock, sabe se tem alguma forma de portar esses jogos pro Rb2?
até em computadores fracos o port roda bem, considerando que é tudo vídeo de fundo mesmo a vantagem de jogar no celular é a tela pequena disfarçando a qualidade do vídeo de fundo kkkkk

o único vídeo que sei "colocar" é o de intro, fora isso teria que mexer nos scripts do jogo e sinceramente, qualquer coisa que eu mexa de diferente ele já para de funcionar no ps2 físico, até agora eu só consigo editar os scripts que adicionam as músicas

I think you probably can't for now cause this iso recognizes dualshock 2 as guitar and not microphone I'm going to upload an alternative version to that soon
Actually you can't since the game will only recognizes your dualshock2 as guitar/bass not as microphone more. Also, even if you have a not dualshock 2 version, the way I did the mid files to work on ps2 removed completely the vocals chart. I already discovered how to fix that but I would need to remake the entire game (and that's a thing that I'm going to do sometime)
@@filipindumods Yes, it does work for a CFW PS3. One thing about the Beatles Rock Rock Band DLC Track Pack version is that "Within You Without You" does not want to play. When I tried to play it, after selecting guitar on hard for example and past the loading screen, it goes to the new song, retry, and exit menu while the highway is active in the background with the notes. Is there going to be a fix soon on a new .iso image? I wonder if you ran into the same issue but tried on pcsx2 or OPL (Open PS2 Loader).

@@nickciardullo2180one thing I did wrong for the dlc was rush a bit to release, I had a lot of errors in the main iso too, but I tested all the songs before the release on that So when I started doing the dlc I just thought I would not going to make any mistakes again I even didnt know about Whitin Without You, I was very busy and just tested some songs and released that

@@filipindumods so what? If I wanted PS2 graphics I’d play on the Wii. It’s cool that it’s ported but it’s impractical. As for GH2 and RB deluxe mods, those enhance the game in ways beyond what the ps2 was originally capable. Beatles on PS2 doesn’t change or add anything.
@@darknid158 Well, I understand you, but idk, there are more things that make this port a thing, also a sentimental thing with the ps2 and trust me, there are more people with this feeling You know, there are people porting gta 3 to dreamcast, a member in my server that did rock band 3 on ps2 and all of those projects would be useless if we don't have an affinity with the console and a desire behind, I could also say about people that just don't have other consoles to play (another reason why this port exists, I live in brazil) but I have a 360 and I played tbrb so... not much to say about I also love to mod harmonix games and this is only possible with the ps2 for me since my 360 is not RGH Anyway, that's why I said in the first comment, why not? That's the only way to explain this. I have a 360, I have the plastic guitar, I have the game but I also would like to have something similar on ps2 just for fun, thanks for the comments and sorry for anything

The Wii and PS2 ports display pre-rendered videos directly from the XBOX 360 version.
actually tbrb wii is rendered, thats why it has lower graphics, I made from ps3 emulated version by jloe01

Verifique se está desfragmentado e na última versão do OPL, aqui funciona normal

Instala o ulauncherelf como um app no opl pelo pendrive e atualiza o elf lá no memory card
