Internet is extremely fast and cheap (because of the government) Public transportation is out of this planet ( because of the government) The safety is absolute ( because of the government ) I have been though so many countries travelling and living and by far China is one of the ONLY countries I see moving forward due to how politics work there. They see a way forward they don't sit discussing for 10 years. They complete the project in 5 and move on. Meanwhile ''democratic'' countries spend the first 1-2 years promising things and the other 2 years doing nothing.. The only thing that they have to change urgently is the real state market. If you don't pay a fortune for an apartment its often small and they don't use really good quality materials on it.. For example in Kunshan a city close to Shanghai an apartment of 100sqm is around 2million yuan and its not really well made. The government is making efforts to fix speculation but its hard.
