    President Hoover lived in my town , Newberg , Oregon , when he was a boy . The Willamette River runs through here , and he used to take the Gearin Ferry across the river to work on the other side .

    A ruthless businessman, who was a mastermind of the mining industry. After making millions, he wanted to do public service, ending up saving thousands of Belgian lives using his business savvy to procure food to feed them during WW1 whether his methods were orthodox or not hence, he got the job done.

      He did not cause it but he 100% did not help it, FDR also did not help it but it eventually ended just because the economy was able to get back on its feet
