You can submit HTML form data using both GET and POST but GET is not recommended since some browser can cache the data and also it not suitable for large amount of data.

Bro usiwai tumia GET kama una pass sensitive information instead use POST instead because kwa POST data Iko included kwa the body of HTTP request which means haitakua visible kwa URL ama kwa address bar which means it is less prone to accidental exposure. While kwa GET the data is appended to URL as query parameters which makes it visible kwa address bar and it poses as high risk since inaeza expose sensitive information kwa mtu yeyote mwenye anaeza ona URL.
