my old boss gave me 4 motorola dp4400 radios just before he closed his firm down. When he closed his firm down they stopped working how do i fix this?

It could be that when the company closed down, the radio system on which those radios operated, was switched off. Your best bet would be to take them along to your friendly local Motorola dealer and ask them what to do. You can find a dealer at mpe.motorolasolutions.com/?loc=US-EN.
