Not sure why I like watching these videos so much. Farming is hard work, but there is something therapeutic about working hard with your hands verses grinding a day in the office. Thanks for the videos and keeping our farms alive!

Good morning Eric, Tom here. Just watched an older video from 8/21/19 this was not on my radar when I on board with your show. I'm a regular fan of your videos and I always look forwars to the next one. I am going back and viewing your earlier stuff, though it will take me a while. Each show you send in is dependable and consistant with your work and attitude. I must say your a pleasure to watch. I have never seen you out of sorts with anyone or thing. And if you have been out of sorts you handle your self very well. ****** I have seen less and less of your Bible readings posted, I know you are a God fearing and loving man and for that I admire you and respect you for your beliefs.********* Your humor does come through from time to time and I like to see that. Your basketball shots, your precious finds of M Dew, milk and CoCo milk. One time you mentioned that working with manure is the big No No for your wife. My two sons worked on their step-fathers Pig farm in Noth Westerm MN. So I know what poop smells like in a big way . What happens in the barn and yards stays at the farm. I wish you and your whole family all the blessings in the world and beyond for the wonderful man and farmer you are on TH-cam and in life. Tom in Minneapolis. 9/26/21

As a soil technicien, all that comes thru my mind is that you're a VERY HARD worker. Considering the size of family farm, you and your dad are keeping it very clean and easy to work on. Everything seems so smooth in operation. All I can add is be careful, stay healthy and keep on your good work. There are still very hard worker young people out there. You're certainly one of them.

Know what my cousins went through each day for a small dairy & hog farm decades ago, (Southwest of Toledo). The early hours and long days and still have to go to school. I am sure that you have heard this many times, you are an amazing young man. The events you show in this video that you are doing by yourself, I know for sure that more than half of your peer age group would run away crying like babies if they had to go anywhere near all that manure. I have seen posted on here that your father must be very proud of you. I will go one step further and say that the entire 9 generations of your family before you are very proud and you bring great credit to all of them and your fellow dairy farmers. This county needs a million more young men and women just like you.

It is one thing to play Farming Simulator 17 on a PC and another to see how a dairy farm works in real life.
I like your torch trick heating the hoses. Works GREAT on larger hoses like 1.5 to 2 " ABS hoses/pipe for septic/sewage pumps in houses or well pumps when you have to attach them over barbed fittings.
Always think SAFETY as you have a lot of moving conveyors and places to lose fingers or arms.
