Made a mistake. I called the stainless screw-feed in the receiving hopper a destemming bar. The screw-feed in the top pushes grapes into the rollers. The destemming bar, as I mention later in the video, is inside the unit. The destemming bar has paddles that push the stems out the end of the unit while grapes fall through the stainless grate.

Does any part of it need lubrication? On a video for a different machine they showed adding oil to the pillow blocks (bearings for the rotating bars)through a hole in their top. I do not think they said what kind of oil.
