I understand to they are super busy but I hope other members get lessons for interview in English. They are not yet comfortable expressing ideas in English. I think they need to switch the language they study from Korean to English. As they are Japanese, they can not be Kpop star and what they want to be may not be Kpop star either. To be an international group, English is a must for Japanese group. They are hard workers, then I think they can do it!
I’d love for them to spend a year in the US or Canada (since it seems like those are the accents they’re going for). They’d improve sooooooo much. And since they’re singing in English, it makes sense.

I love XG and they deserve more airtime in the West but they need to spend more time outside Asia. Being based out of South Korea is a mistake in view as they are just considered a Kpop group which is not a good thing in the West. Kpop has a decent audience in the west but it's nothing compared to other genres and has a range of negatives attached to it (whether accurate or not). They choose to sing in English ( a great move) but only one is actually fluent. To gain fluency and coverage they should be based in a western country to learn the language among native speakers as well as promote their work. Get Zedd to do a song with them - he's always looking for partners in his music :p

They probably can speak more than you think but not comfortable enough to speak in front of native speaker.
