Isn't every clock a "time clock"? What else do clocks measure? That machine has a really stupid name. It's like if I named an odometer a "distance ruler."
That may be what it means as a noun, but "clock" also has meaning as a verb, where it does not measure time. Also, I think Mecha-Jaraxus was really mad about being roped, he tends to be mad most of the time and gets roped more than enough in play mode.
