Can anyone tell me the price of training sessions? I am but a poor man who wants to get in shape with the guidance of these pros, but not sure how much I gotta pay for that.
Athlean X is a nice channel. If you want to build your body you can start at home with basic weight material. It's cheaper to buy them used and then resell than pay for gym. Nutrition is not so easy since idk your goals and etc, but if you're underweight and want some mass, add carbs first then more protein. Good fats at night (like nuts) with protein (eggs are good). If you want to lose weight, be sure to have a good mentality first. If there is some hardships of the past, burdens, traumas, you need to heal them first then your mind will be less engaged in protecting yourself from losing weight. Then add more fiber to your diet. Soluble or insoluble. Good fiber sources in all meals. Aim for at least 15g of them daily. This will gradually make you lose weight and have a better health to gain lean mass. Compound exercises. Natural stuff. That works for the most type of people and will help an overall reshape. When you're feeling like you're on the goal you want, with safety, you can give time to smaller muscle and isolated exercises.
