The solution is to buy carbon bikes which are easy to carry. But they are very expensive.

It is difficult to pedal mtb cycle at normal roads ?
Not difficult bro its all just mindset only, road bikes are much faster due to light weight, small tyre size and aerodynamics, where as mtb will be having flat bar with big tyres so you cannot do much speed compared to road bikes, if you want to go for long rides choose road bikes or gravel bikes
It is not meant for speed, that’s all. You can very well ride an MTB on normal roads and enjoy it too. In roads with a lot of traffic MTBs are better than roadies.

It is better you visit the store and ride the bike. These dimensions vary for brands and frame types. At times, the dimensions will be right and you will not find the ride comfortable.

Both are suitable for your purpose. Electric will not give your the workout as much as regular cycle. If you are looking to get the full benefit of cycling, go for non electirc
