This is amazing! I really wish someone would start a freecarve/downchill style competition....no spin to win no lap time...style points only. I'm so over park comps and half pipe. It was cool when it fist started and anyone had a real shot at becoming a pro...but now you basically have to be born at a snowboard camp to have a shot. This however, represents the soul of snowboarding...anyone can do it any where that there's groomed runs...and that's awesome. Thanks for making this content.
This is so cool!! As a 25+ years hardbooter/carver, I find this stuff in the very philosophy that pushes me: enjoy the mountain in a flowing, natural way. It also shows that you don't actually need an extremely hard boot to carve at very high angles. I'm very curious to what the sidecut radius on those board is, and what type of board these riders prefer. Keep up the carving!!!
If Only, you kids Knew-of, the Gordo FF51 sym-asym from 1994.... But, you have-to ride it Backwards, if you use Hardboots.. And, No, you may NOT ask to ride mine! "PSR" [btw, it LOOPS Carves, with EASE]
