- Hipster Whale is famous for making cutesy games. Yet, don't let that sugary sweet appearance fool you. Crossy Road Castle can be quite a difficult game. Since the game is endless, the outcome is always the same - GAME OVER!
Regular towers usually aren't extremely challenging until after level 90. That's when the difficulty ramps up. The problem with that is experienced players have to hop through scores of levels before the real action starts. With the Rainbow Rift tower, there's no waiting.
This video shows how to unlock the Rainbow Rift tower in Crossy Road castle.

*UPDATE:* So, while looking for the last gem on the Rainbow Rift, I was playing with the seven rainbow characters. Gem #4 is sneaky. Perhaps it's the only way to win the game, because that gem room leads to a door that ends the game without dying. So, I was using the Rubber Duck, the game ended, and then The Magic Number sticker was completed. Nice! 🙂

Ah, so it's not as difficult to unlock the tower. 🙂
You must have 11/12 at least for tower to see in that tower rainbow orb.
The update now works: Tips for new players you wont be able to to see the new characters or the tower until you get all orbs.
When I first played the update, I was wondering if it actually worked or if it was on a time-delay. HA HA! 😄
But i cant find the rainbow cube and mine only shows in wid up workshop is there a specific level i can find it
If I'm remembering correctly, as I haven't played the game recently, the cube usually shows up after a boss fight - but even that seemed random. It didn't always show up, so maybe you're just having bad luck.
I don't know if there's another requirement, as I already had the other characters and stickers unlocked. 🤷🏻♂️
You just need to beat the Boss a certain amount of time, and after that the Rainbow Cube should appear in the Room after a Boss (it could be 31, but also 61). It's only a matter of time
You definitely dont need a completed sticker book, i got a chbe with a lot of missing stickers
That sounds like good news, as it makes that tower more accessible to more players.

Crossy Road Castle coverage has stopped on this channel. Hopefully the Apple Arcade exclusivity ends and the game becomes a normal app on the App Store.

When 100 levels walkthrough?
It appears that there are two hidden characters associated with the new tower. One is the Dragon, but that's related to stickers. (Reaching level 100 doesn't seem to be required.)
The other looks like the Mad Wizard, but that's related to gems. I might make a Photics.TV video about that, but motivation is low. With my Apple Arcade subscription ending, the sticker book glitch, and no “coming soon” towers, it looks like game over.
There are three main possibilities from here…
1. The game dies - It could simply disappear like Butter Royale.
2. Continued Apple exclusivity - Even though there's no tower silhouette, there's nothing technical stopping Hipster Whale from adding another tower or adding more content. Conversly, there are a lot lots of games on Apple Arcade that haven't been updated in months.
3. The game expands to new systems - This game seems like a good match for the Nintendo Switch… or even better, the successor to the Nintendo Switch.
Hopefully Hipster Whale goes with the third option. I don't think this game got the attention it deserves on Apple Arcade.
For me, it needs 11/12 stickers for tower, to see in that tower rainbow orb room.
I haven't play this game in a while. But according to the comments here, a completed sticker book isn't necessary to make the orbs appear.
how do you get the gold medal that’s on the bottom right of all of your castles?
It's been a while since I played this game, so I'm not sure. I think that might be related to completing the sticker book.

How do you get so many tokens I’ve been trying to get the penguin and scarlet macaw forever
When I first started playing the game, Multiplayer was an easy way to get tokens.
But afterwards, simply trying to make these videos helped to max out tokens. That's because I kept playing the levels, looking for the secret characters.
The speed run levels can be good for tokens too.
But most importantly, I played the game for almost three years. It didn't feel so tedious to unlock the characters when I was unlocking them as they appeared in the game.
@@PhoticsTV I’ve been playing for a few years and I only get 100 tokens a month from the events I did play a bit this morning for this event and I got the penguin so I’m happy cause I like penguins 👍

The Rainbow Rift tower is challenging, but fun. The background music seems improved too. Although, I turned it off so I can concentrate. HA HA! 😄
