    Thanks for giving even more insights on your class! Steve also provided additional first hand knowledge. I WILL try it out when we travel less. In the meantime, I will continue my private training with my PT wife!!

    Thank you for your podcast. I listened to it almost every night lately. I exercise my entire life and am a staunch advocate of it. My question is, as a Parkinson's patient when you get very little sleep at night as I have lately how do I get up and go exercise? I'm a zombie. Would love some tips from Melissa or Jess or of course Brian.

    400 studies 😯. It would be great if insurance covered gym membership even if they required attendance x3 per week. 👍 In the US preventative care is not the focus. 🙃

      I got a discounted membership for volunteering @ my gym. Why not ask? Be creative. My father traded w our family dentist for plumb work ( negotiate a deal)

    Melissa; have you ever felt apathetic about exercise? Just didn't want to get out of bed and teach? I imagine you have... so it's "normal" every once in awhile just like being excited for a workout
